I had a disappointing experience during my visit. From the moment we walked in, it felt as though we were being stereotyped. It's a high-end store, and my sense was that they didn't believe we were serious buyers. That's only my assumption, of course, but the energy was hard to ignore. There were two associates present, and one approached us to help. Even then, he seemed distracted--stepping away mid-conversation and returning sporadically, despite the fact that we were the only customers in the store at that time. It left us feeling unseen and undervalued. I still went ahead and purchased a frame for a total of $850. When I got home, I realized it came without a case, a guarantee card, or even a cleaning cloth. I emailed and received a response from Elliot, but something in my spirit felt off. I asked him to verify that I'd been charged for the correct frame, and sure enough, I had been sold the wrong item. What I was given and what appeared on my receipt didn't match. I returned the item, of course. But the bigger point is this: every customer deserves the same respect. We all pay the same price, and no one should be judged or dismissed based on appearance or assumptions. A little courtesy goes a long way, and it costs nothing to treat people equally. They didn't even apologize when I went back, completely ignored the fact. I drove 1.5 hours for this. NEVER AGAIN!

Immaculate shop staffed with convivial professionals. I stopped in just for an adjustment on a frame from a line they carry and Greg used the proper specialized tools to make my glasses feel one with the anatomy of my face. Also discovered what will likely be my next glasses. Superb experience.

Love InVision! I've had a new prescription for literally years and haven't been able to find frames I truly love until I came to InVision. From frame and lens selection to friendly, knowledgeable service, they're the best! I've shopped the low cost chains and struggled with selection, ended up going back three times to get the prescription and progressive lens placement correct, and ended up with glasses that didn't fit well. Save yourself the trouble and start at InVision!

I never got the name of the person who helped me, but my glasses were hanging by a thread and a kind person at InVision put new nose pieces on them and fixed them for free! Very kind and quick service!

I only had to use the warranty once. I dropped my glasses and got a huge scratch in a lens - they were great at replacing the lens without any hassle.

My FAVORITE eyewear store! A few years ago I browsed 8 different eyeglass shops around the Twin Cities to find a perfect pair that were both classic and trendy. InVision had the best selection and I was so happy with my choice I now go back every year for new styles. I love how their team makes recommendations based upon what you're looking for and what they think will be a good match for your face. They always find me the coolest frames - I'm hooked!
