McCannel Eye Clinic

I genuinely wish I could give zero stars because this experience doesn't even warrant one star. I am SO disappointed in Dr. Adam Moss that works here at McCannel Eye Clinic. He was among the most detached, dismissive, and condescending providers I've ever encountered. My 90 year old grandmother went to see him for a recurring eye problem that she has been desperate to find answers and a solution for. With Dr. Adam Moss there was no introduction, no explanation, no sense of presence or care just a cold, hurried, and frankly disinterested figure who made no attempt at connection. He ignored her questions and offered no clarity or comfort. It felt less like a medical visit and more like being a problem to be rushed out the door. She left feeling more confused, more hopeless, and certainly less human than when she arrived. It's alarming that someone so checked out is still entrusted with patient care. I've already advised loved ones to avoid this clinic entirely. Patients deserve kindness, competence, and at the very least, basic respect. McCannel Eye - If compassion is too much to ask, perhaps this is the wrong profession. Train your staff. Listen. See us. Do better.

I've think I've seen all of the doctors over the years and have ordered my glasses through their optical department forever - they are all THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Top doctors that really care about their patients and the opticians go so above and beyond to make sure your glasses are right, your experience is great, and you leave with the best correction you can achieve!

I have been coming to this clinic for approximately 10yrs. The staff is friendly and helpful..the doctors professional and knowledgeable.. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I recently underwent cataract surgery with Dr. Sandelson and I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care I received from him. His expertise and professionalism was evident at every stage, equally impressive was his incredible team of nurses (Deb) and anesthesiologist. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sandelson and his team to anyone in need of cataract surgery or ophthalmological care.

I've been seeing Dr. Moss for 3 years now and have been very pleased with all of my visits. His demeanor is calm and reassuring. He's very professional and answers all of my questions throughly. I've also had very positive interactions with Angie, who does the contact lens fittings and related exam. The office is well-run, I've never waited for my appointment and communication is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Moss and this practice.

Just had my eyes checked for the first time. Dr. Sanderson and his staff were very friendly and punctual. I could tell right away that Dr. Sanderson has been doing this for quite some time. He has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. My family goes here as well and are very happy.

I've been a patient at McCannel for the past few years. Their attention to my well being is what sets them apart from other health practitioners I see. They always take the time to gather thorough information abou,t not only my vision, but my general health. Another great thing about the McCannel team is their availability--they follow old school doctoring rules. If you have a concern after hours, you can actually reach one of them, in person if needed. This is so rare for doctors in general but something I've never experienced in my 20 plus years of navigating fussy eyes. Keep up the great work!!

Many thanks to the McCannel Eye Clinic staff for always providing a positive experience when I visit. Even though my needs have been minor---eye exams, foreign particle removal, new progressive glasses, and free frame adjustments---the staff has always made me feel that my simple needs are worthy of their greatest attention and knowledge and deserving of my utmost satisfaction. Many praises to a clinic that I would definitely recommend! =)
