As a repeat customer, I recently had my eye exam and found the optometrist to be knowledgeable and thorough. I was thrilled to be able to work with Toni again to find the right fit and style for two eyeglasses; one for blue outfits and one for black which are my colors. I highly recommend Pearle Vision. They have a great selection of frames and are super friendly and affordable.

Sally made sure I got the perfect fit!
I first picked out glasses on December 31st, but when the pair arrived later, they didn't fit quite right and caused some discomfort. I spoke with Sally again, and she immediately helped me exchange them for a pair of Giorgio Armani glasses that truly match my style and feel amazing. Thanks to her, I ended up with a perfect pair that I love!

I had a very disappointing experience with this eye care company, and unfortunately the biggest issue seems to be poor management. The leadership team (Kris) appears disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking basic respect for both staff and patients. It was clear from my visit that employees are not supported and are often treated poorly, which creates a tense and unwelcoming environment. When management struggles with communication and professionalism, it directly impacts the quality of care and overall experience. I would not recommend this office until significant improvements are made in how the business is run and how employees are treated.

I don't normally review places but I had a very disappointing experience at Pearle Vision in Edina. The management was rude and dismissive, and the overall customer service was poor from start to finish. I tried to address a concern about my visit, but instead of helping, the manager seemed annoyed and unwilling to listen.
Rob in particular was very unprofessional in the way he handled the situation. His tone was disrespectful and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously at all. When you're trusting a business with your vision care, you expect a basic level of professionalism and respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here.
I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.

To provide context, if you review my other business feedback, this is only the second negative review I have ever written. I do not leave critical reviews lightly.
While the front desk staff was friendly, they were not adequately trained. It took three separate phone calls just to successfully pay my bill with a credit card. After that, it required two additional calls to receive my prescription. When I finally received it, the prescription was incorrect.
I was given a prescription for reading glasses, which I did not need, and I was not provided a prescription for distance glasses, which was the primary reason for my visit. This resulted in unnecessary delays, confusion, and frustration.
With so many optical providers available, I would recommend that potential patients research other options before choosing this location.

Save yourself and never come here. Before I left for Arizona to live, this negligent man was supposed to adjust my glasses, broke them and never warned me that he could melt them apart. All I wanted was an adjustment. I came back in town and had to call 20 times after they promised to replace them. I had to go into the physical store just to get them and instead of looking for the frames, Rob the man who runs this location, made me leave only to come back. Just don't com here. Worst customer service of my life. All I wanted was an adjustment. What hell.

My appointments were fairly quick leaving me wondering the validity of my actual eye assessment. We'll have to see if this new prescription is the one for me. Thanks to all regardless.
