I have been coming to this clinic for 3 years. My experience has been exceptional Clinic communication is excellent. Billing is clear and the billing office is very helpful. Every tech I've had has been professional and caring Dr Hag is excellent- responds thoughtfully to questions and has a gentle approach.

Horrible customer service. I needed to get a cost estimate of testing I had scheduled, and after waiting 10 minutes to speak with the right person in the "business office", she told me she had no way of estimating the cost. The only information she could provide was the codes so I could call my insurance company and ask them. Sorry, but how does a business not know what their services cost?? That's just wildly unprofessional. I had to do this because after my first round of testing with them, they sent me a bill for $900!! They never once told me this is what the price would be. The quality of care I guess was ok, it's hard to say since I've never done these things before. But unless you have more money than you know what to do with and don't care what things cost, I wouldn't waste my time with these people.

When I was diagnosed with wet Macular Degeneration in my left eye 13 years ago, I thought I was on a fast track to losing my eyesight. I was wrong. I should have known God works in the minds and hands of those responsible for the knowledge and skills and compassion in every RCM appointment and in all the 60 injections I've received, starting at the Duluth office with Dr. Bennett and Dr. Tang, and more recently with the help of Dr. Belin and the entire competent and caring staff at the Edina office.
And it's also been a learning experience. I've realized that I have certain responsibilities in supporting the health of my eyes, including keeping physically active, healthy eating, reducing sugar intake as much as possible, and taking recommended supplements for supporting my immune system's defense of my eye health--of and general health. May I never come to take this all for granted...but rather for the blessing it is.

I have been a patient since 2018. I could not see any words in a magazine ( with my glasses)which happened in a few months, with over two years of care I was able to see roads again. I still need care to maintain my regained vision and freedom but no longer need monthly treatments, I'm down to 12 weeks between visits. I still cannot see colors well, i can read digital books, i can drive about 25 miles from home, before vision is blurry/strained i am so grateful
