True Vision has been a tremendous help for our hockey goalie. He started working with True Vision after frustration with reoccurring headaches at school.
True Vision and Josh Tucker, worked with our son to strengthen his eye muscles which relieved his headaches and ultimately improved his ability to track the puck. Josh and Mac have both been positive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and do a great job working with our son. They have a ton of fun while helping our son strengthen his hand/eye coordination, reaction time and how to shift focus.

Our son was recommended to try True Vision training as a hockey goalie. During his eye exam, to develop his plan, the Dr identified a focus issue that was impacting his reading at school. Not only has vision training helped with that, its also helped him become a stronger goalie. Josh and his team are the ultimate professionals, and our son enjoys working with him every off season while training.

I can't speak highly enough of True Focus Vision Therapy! Josh took me through his program over 5 years ago. Before I started with him I was told to have 20/20 vision.. However, my depth perception and tracking were way off! Josh and his team explained to me that my eyes are like muscles- need to be trained. After completing this program my eyes were able to track like never before.

These guys are awesome!! I struggled with reading, driving, and daily migraines after a severe concussion. Josh and Mac went above and beyond to help me get the right diagnosis through a great optometrist, and into the right therapies! I never would have gotten to finish college without them. These guys are great people, and they know what they're doing. I have rarely been treated with such great care at other medical and adjacent offices.
