Took my daughter here today for exam and from start to finish we got the best customer service ever from Tobi, he went above and beyond to make my daughter happy with her new pair of glasses. Im truly grateful for all u did to help her confidence and how caring u are. You made sure u found her a pair she wanted and my daughter left so happy. Now to management give that man a raise. We look forward to being returning customers but more importantly to see your employees like Tobi and Aspen they are great examples of how to treat others and this world needs more people like them.

Thursday Jan. 8th 2026 it's only one person in here in a couple of waiting! One person I mean as in one worker. They need to take appointments so people won't just be waiting in at least have another worker just in case they get busy like now . When we walked in he looked up at us but did not greet us in still have not said I will be right with you guys as soon as possible! It's another lady in here as well in had to ask is there someone else working. Then he stated it's just me, if you would of greet people when they come in and let them know guest would not be wondering Bad customer service in the wait in long in horrible!

This was my first eye exam in like three years. The last time was in Danvers, MA. A lot has changed since then. But my experience was great. Staff was friendly and nice and let me know what was next every step of the way. The technician and doctor definitely helped me with upgrading my prescription. I look forward to going back for my eye care needs.

Tobi and Alex both did an amazing job today helping me get my glasses and contacts ordered for an emergency situation and had nothing. They found trials in my script that will get me through until I get my new ones and both were so understanding and helpful. Definitely one of the best Visionworks locations I have been to with these two working here.

Second time I came here for glasses. While the person who helped me wasn't overly friendly like the last time, she was very helpful in helping me pick out new frames and tried to get me the best deal without being pushy.
UPDATE: very disappointed in picking up my glasses. The first time went in the morning. There were four people ahead of me and one being waited on for an eyeglass fitting. There was only one person working. One couple left as they got tired of waiting. I left after 10 minutes of waiting. Went back late in the afternoon. There were at least three people waiting and one customer checking out and only one person working. The three ahead of me were looking for frames. The worker directed them to take a place at various tables, then proceeded to wait on me so I could get my new glasses fitted. While he was pleasant, I felt rushed. Lo and behold one other worker came out of the back to help. Where was she earlier in the day????!!! Will not go back.

What a disappointing experience. I went to the store and waited while my husband had his eye exam (I was supposed to have an exam as well but it got cancelled last minute....). While I waited, I was looking at frames, trying things on--for an hour. I also sat and waited at one of the table. Not a single person checked in on me to see how I was doing, if I had any questions.... Etc. mind you, there were three employees working, and for the first thirty minutes no other customers.
As a potential customer, it would have been to their benefit to engage with me, but they didn't, and they lost both myself and my husband as future customers.

I had my annual appointment with Dr. Eggers and he issued contact lenses prescriptions for daily wear and provided trial lenses. After doing some research, I see that they carry a lense that is more comparable to the Optix Air lenses I have worn for years so called too get a prescription and trial for the Cooper Vision Ethos (same as Biofinity). I have called at least 5 times and stopped by the store twice and still haven't been able to get any help. They continue to tell me Dr. Eggers has the request but busy. It has been almost 2 weeks and since he has my information and did the exam, this should not be difficult. I cannot go somewhere else for another exam or start over. I have contacted other places but they need the written prescription from Dr. Eggers.

I have called this location 5 times to get my prescription shipped from one location to the Edina one. Each time the representatives tell me they will call the location and have it shipped to the Edina location that day or the next day. They state I will be notified via email when they are ready. It has now been 2 weeks, no email, no glasses. Luckily Alejandro was finally able to help me on my 6th attempt.
