As a person who has been wearing glasses for 27 year, I have to say the whole process from scheduling to getting to the store, and then the appointment was great. You just schedule online (they do take vision insurance or you pay HSA/FSA/out of pocket) but really the cost wasn't that bad. The scheduling process was so nice, it lets you know what is avalible near you. You can pick a date, time, and location that works for you with out having to take a lot of time out of your day to make a phone call or wait around to recieve a return call. Overall the exam was quick and to the point. Both the doc and the tech were friendly, informative, and able to answer all my questions. They did a retinal scan instead of dilation which was so worth it. Super friendly staff. I got my prescription sent to my email before I left. They ask about buying glasses there but not too pushy about it. Plus if you do want to buy there the frames are reasonably priced compared to other stores.

My first experience with Warby Parker and wow was I impressed! Great selection of frames, clear pricing, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. We picked out 2 frames, did our measurements, and the staff explained the whole process to us. Super easy, super convenient, and very reasonable prices! If you are looking for glasses - consider giving them a try.

Contacts are my preference & an estimate on a new pair a few years ago was $1200+ so I just put up with an old pair of glasses I wear very seldom. An article about Warby Parker prompted a visit with my current Rx in hand. The estimate on the frame style I liked best was $550. In conversation I found out they could custom a pair of readers with progressive lenses designed for medium and close-up work. That pair was $400. The total bill was dropped by 15% for buying two glasses the same day. Overall, I saved easily $1300 from buying at the opthalmology clinic's retail store. The glasses will ship to my home and give me 30 days with an option for changes. Fittings can be made walk-in at any store. I'm impressed.

I visited Warby Parker after seeing how great my son's glasses looked, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The customer service was outstanding -- everyone was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Vincent took the lead in helping me with my purchase and was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. Even though I was on a budget, I was treated with the same kindness and care as any other customer. The team worked together to help me find the perfect pair of frames. I'll definitely be returning for my next pair!

Despite a busy location, they always do a good job taking care of me when I stop in. Today I needed to order replacement lenses for my older Warby Parker frames as I have a new prescription. Dylan was able to help me right away and he also adjusted my secondary pair of Warby parker glasses. Helpful and fast. Thanks!

I had a short amount of time and wanted to try on in the store; I showed them the lenses I had saved in the app and the consultant brought them out quickly. He explained the process to me and I got what I needed in less than 20 minutes.

These staff members at The Edina Warby Parker were all so helpful and supportive. I was having a hard time, deciding on the shape and the color of the glasses. I tried on several pairs And we arrived at three different options but the one option always seem to come out first so I'm getting a really cute colored frame green like my eyes and a cute shape. Hope it'll make this old lady look good. I am very thankful for all the help that I had there and the process was very fast and easy. They didn't rush you and they made you feel like you were the most important person in the store good job staff. I think gold stars all around
