I highly recommend VisionSmith! Today once again proved why we keep coming back for all of our eye care needs. My son and I came in urgently today because my son's glasses broke and I was very worried he would have to walk around with tape on this glasses for awhile. We were greeted as always by the extremely kind doctor and staff, and they helped us out right away with new frames that look great! Seriously the best people at VisionSmith. Thank you!

First time here and had a great experience. So different than going to a chain store. The doctor was amazing. Really took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me. He's a great listener and answered all my questions. I was also under NO pressure to buy new glasses. I did order a new pair of sunglasses. Picking out frames was also a good experience. The staff member who assisted me was extremely patient and helpful.

John Mueller, and his staff, Lauren and Kaitlin, are great to work with, and they seem genuinely interested in our eye care.

Our family has been patients of Dr. Mueller at VisionSmith for a few years now and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service we have received. From the moment we walked in, Katelyn & Laura are always friendly faces and professional, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Katelyn is great to work with when selecting glasses, lens, and ordering contacts. She makes it easy to understand the out of pocket expenses, timeline, and helps with adjustments as needed. Laura is an advocate for her patients when working with their insurance and billing which is very daunting sometimes. She takes away that stress by helping her patients understand and utilize their benefits to the max. Dr. Mueller is always thorough with our eye examinations, taking the time to explain each step of the process if we have questions. He is also great with children of all ages and able to make them feel comfortable in the examination chair and around all the eye equipment (that can be scary sometimes). This office is very inviting and family friendly. Outside of yearly eye exams, I do visit/reach out to Dr. Mueller for any eye related concerns vs going to urgent care/a primary physician. I feel the quality of the visit is more thorough since the eye is their specialty! The team at VisionSmith always makes us feel comfortable and valued as a patients, which is sometimes hard to find in medical settings. After each interaction, we have a better understanding of our eye health and a clear plan moving forward. Ex. Blue light glasses, eye drops, eye care for styes, etc. We highly recommend Dr. Mueller & his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring family eye doctor.

I had a wonderful experience here after switching over from another local optometrist! Dr. Mueller is the first optometrist to be truly invested in my eye health and worked with me to figure out why my eyes were so irritated all the time! Now my vision is great, and my eyes feel so much better! They even gave me trial contact lenses just to make sure I found which ones worked the best for me. I can't say enough good things about the care Dr. Mueller provides!

Annual eye exam set for this Friday. Vision Smith has been my go to for many years. Staff is always welcoming and there with answers to my vision care!
