As a caregiver, I have the opportunity to visit many different doctors offices for different issues. It was nice to see how detail-oriented the staff and Doctor were at this clinic. They made sure that they had the correct information from us and then offered to make sure that they were sending their information out to the appropriate clinics. The new doctor went through all aspects of the many issues contributing to the problem. He took the time to talk it over with us and make sure that he had it all correct in the chart so that he could compose a good game plan. It's a rare thing to see a specialist delve into the broader picture instead of focusing only on their specialty. Very refreshing and impressive. I am exceedingly grateful to this clinic for taking such good care of my aunt.

Very professional. Took time to explain what and why each test was given and the results. They allowed me to see the scans before the surgery, after the surgery and three weeks later and explained what I was seeing. They answered all my questions and made recommendations on further steps. But the biggest thing was the entire team made me comfortable and confident in the procedure.

Dr. Williams is why I have kept on coming & trusting him to keep me seeing. I had an accident while working out of State in a hospital, falling & hitting a cement floor. Two weeks later my eye began to bleed. Between Dr. Hanson at St Anthony Eye Clinic quickly passing me on to Dr Williams I am not blind today. Dr Williams began seeing patients during Covid-19 when other Clinics at WH wouldn't see patients even for blood pressure checks, stating well we are a "Well hospital ". So curious I asked Dr Williams & he said people would go blind if I didn't. I worked an ER for 20yrs & he showed me why he was a physician & his passion. He is worth the drive. Thank you!

Sitting waiting for over half an hour for a 8:30 appt for my mother. When I asked what the holdup was they said they had to enter all the info into the chart for the appt. why wouldn't this be done prior? I do not appreciate my time being wasted!
