Doctors of Optometry - Tamarack Village

A new receptionist was training and was willing to assist and learn her new job! It was a wonderful experience, considering most young people do not want to work. The eye exam was painless and quick, the doctor, was precise and friendly. She knew my history. She read it before I got there. She was in the room waiting for me when I arrived. For eye exams, I highly recommend LensCrafters. As far as buying glasses, getting them adjusted, etc. I highly recommend shopping somewhere else. Those staff could use some customer relationship building.

I went in for a contact class, let me tell you Alonte is an absolute gem. He made the experience wonderful. We laughed tons and he made the experience enjoyable, easing my nerves before I even sat down. Dr. Horner was amazing as well. Quick, personable and kind. I absolutely LOVE this establishment and the workers. I will absolutely be returning for any future needs.

The salesman that helped my wife and I rushed us through trying to help us both and once. I had let him know I am a Veteran. He acknowledged and that a discount would be applied. After the confusing way he explained the costs, we left. Later noticing no Veterans discount applied at all.

I believe her name is Becky, she worked with me and my daughter after our appointments. She is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She made purchasing glasses simple and stressless. Dr. A was amazing. Would highly recommend the Woodbury location, if you're looking for a quick appointment and ease when purchasing your glasses and contacts.

Very disappointed, as a new customer to this location I did not have the best of a experience. When I arrived the intake person lie to me. I asked to look up costs of the exam with my different insurances and she said she would get back to me and never did. Then as i was wait the same person was talking about work drama right in front of me. So very unprofessional. I then went into my appointment and the eye dr was great. He did so well and was very good at his job. I was really hoping to change this location to my permanent eye dr due to how great that dr was however I will never be going back because of the the rest of the staff. So on to the next lie. I was notified that my glasses arrived at the store so I wanted to follow up to make sure they would get shipped to my house right away and I was told yes the next day. I think great I will have them for the weekend because my current glasses are falling apart. Nope, sat on the shelf. So I call and spoke to a manager and he had no answers other than a fake sorry and he was just as unprofessional as the rest in my opinion. He was so not caring about it like it was normal. I spend well over 1000 a year on glasses and now I move my business elsewhere and due to this experience I will more than likely be moving my business away from lenscrafters in general. I rate this place with a D- the great eye dr is the only reason its not an F.

I felt like I had a very thorough exam and the Dr. explained all of the tests. Even without insurance, the exam was a very good deal for a high quality service.

My eye appointment was fast and convenient. Doctor and technician were great. After my appointment, I looked at glasses and sunglasses. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic. Thank you

Everyone at this location was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in completing my eye exam. Additionally, Daniel, the sales person, made the buying process quick, stress free, and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I will definitely be going back!
