I made the appointment same-day online. When I arrived, the doctor greeted me and brought me back right away. I am new to this "adulting" thing and this was my first eye appointment on my own. The doctor made me feel comfortable and answered all questions I had. Much better experience than my previous two, very rushed, eye exams at another eye clinic. Dr Sam was thorough, patient and engaging. He even consulted his practice partner, and father, to address a question. . They also have a great teammate, Saprina, who had several frames set aside for me to try on after the exam. It was a very efficient visit. This is a family owned and operated practice that cares and I would recommend their services.
