I worked with the stellar team at the Woodbury, MN branch while in town for the holidays visiting from California. Melinda, Emma and Sara (spelling?) all went above and beyond to make sure that not only did I get the repairs I needed, but were extremely helpful and went above above and beyond to make the experience unlike anything I've received from other glasses stores. Please make sure they are made aware of how glad I was to have worked with them and I look forward to getting my new pair of glasses in the coming weeks when ready. I enjoyed my visit with doctor and team. Unfortunately I am not happy with the fact that it has been over four weeks and no glasses. I keep checking but either it is pending or looking at 3-5 days shipping. Disappointing to say the least. Don't like to complain but wow!

Great place to see an eye doctor (Dr. H) and his wonderful staff, Emma, Sara and Melinda!!!! This eye clinic was treating my two children, b, 7; g, 17.
We knew what was going on every step of the way! While the eye techs were easy going, the ladies; I thought Doc H was going to be one of those serious doctors that you couldn't ask questions to, I WAS WRONG!!! My daughter has diabetes, so Doc H and his staff took out time to scan the whole two eyeballs and answered ALL of my questions. Eye appts, can be really interesting if you put yourself in the clinic staff's eyes and shoes and actually look at those in-depth eye scan pictures . Sheesh!!

I was greated right away. Within a few minutes I was brought back to start the testing process and was informed what ever test was for. The eye doctor explained everything as he tested my eyes and then when I picked out my glasses I was impressed on how well I was taken care of. Beyond satisfied with my visit to Vision Works and will definitely continue to use their services for all my eye care.

They saw me the following day and did a full eye exam. They helped me pick out frames and they were more picky about the perfect frame than I was. Everyone had a smile on their face and the other customers were just as happy as I was. Very thorough with my insurance in finding every possible savings. They used to be good but now trying to pick out glasses with help and get them adjusted well is not possible. I still have crooked glasses despite two different adjustments here.
