Best experience, very kind and patient staff. My mother had a serious eye injury and despite not taking walk-ins, they made an exception to help her with her pain. Orthopedist was thorough and kept my mother's comfort as a top concern. A wonderful experience, definitely coming back. Truly thank you for helping (also fixed my moms glasses!!)

My husband first made an appointment when he had a pretty nasty eye infection that wouldn't go away. I was 40 weeks pregnant and he was about to lose insurance. (I had to quit my job after delivery, leaving him uninsured.) He explained to the doctor our situation and that he couldn't return since we wouldn't have insurance. The doctor told him to return for no charge. It was seriously a blessing when my family really needed it. We will always come here!

This is definitely the worse place for eye glasses . I went in June and my doctor was pregnant and getting ready to go on leave . The first visit I kept telling her my vision was very blurry and refused to listen She told me to wear the glasses for 2 weeks and come back . . My wife called up there and they redone my eye exam . Of course it was rushed exam and my vision was still blurry . So almost $800 dollars for glasses and I still can't see and the frames are falling apart . If you like folks that don't listen , cheap frames that don't last 6 months then this is definitely the place to spend your money .

Turn around time for the receiving ordered glasses is atrocious. I was able to order two pairs of glasses online and receive them in less than 10 days: WITH insurance reimbursement. Meanwhile I'm still waiting almost a month, for the solo pair I ordered here.

I've taken my 5 year old son here and I have been here. Both times the wait was short, staff friendly, and doctors very thorough. I would definitely recommend.

This is certainly one of the very best eye care facilities on the Gulf Coast.....Doctors are great,staff is very welcoming and helpful, especially Jasmine who works in the eye glass area......she went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The eye doctor was so sweet (i forgot her name) she was very thorough and made sure to check my eyes for any possible cause for my (minor) vision complaints, which i really appreciated, instead of just brushing off my complaints and not double-checking (like male doctors) even if the issue seemed small. all the staff was very friendly, they have lots of good deals on frames and overall i thoroughly enjoyed my visit

Extremely disappointed in the glass fitting department! After my eye exam on March 21st I was told my glasses will take 2-3 weeks to be made. I waited till April 11th to contact them for a status update on my order. I was inform by the tech, my glasses have not arrive yet but it can arrive any day now since it was order on March 21st. I requested for my eye prescription to be emailed to me so i can go ahead and order a back up pair. I waited untill today April 18th to call for another status update. I was inform by the tech that my glass had defect and it will need to be remade by the lab department. I explained to her I can not wait an additional 2-3 weeks for another pair to be made. I further explained, I had a pair different order earlier this week and it will be arriving this Friday, I do not need two pair of glasses. I kindly requested for a refund on my order. The tech inform me she will transfer me to the refund manager because she can't help me in the refund. I was transfer to Rene Gyland the manager, who I explained the whole situation to. Her first responses was to tell me the reason why the glasses I order online is arriving earlier is because I paid it out of pocket. I inform Rene the glasses I order from them was through the insurance but I also paid an additional 2**.00+ out of my own pocket. I expect the company to honor your their delivery date not expecting their customer to wait an additional 2-3 weeks for a error on their end. They didn't complain about my form of payment when they received it. Rene condescending remark and tone from her voice when she say " We don't do refund" and for me to "shut up" and let her further explained the reason for why their lab tech had screw up the glasses I order. I told her I don't need her to explain anything further, her tech has already told me the lab messed up and the glasses are not done. I will contact my insurance department and cc company. I will report this business and their dishonest practice to the BBB.
