I am not a person who normally leaves reviews...just don't take the time. However, I felt compelled to share my experience concerning Dr. Sutton, his team and the excellent care and customer service they provide. I was a surgical nurse in the OR for many years and did thousands of eye surgeries with Dr. Sutton as well as with many other eye surgeons who practice on the MS Gulf Coast, so I definitely have the advantage of seeing a broad range of experience and surgical skill. When considering all the available eye doctors on the coast it was an easy choice to select him to be my personal physician. I also recommended him to my entire family, who have now been using him for 20+ years, and who gladly recommend him to others because of the high quality of care he delivers. He's done cataract surgery on both of my parents with wonderful results, and he'll be the one to do any eye surgery I might ever need. Regarding his staff and offices, I've been to both the Ocean Springs and the Pascagoula offices. They're always clean, comfortable and I am amazed at how efficiently they are run. I am in and out in less than an hour, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I also love the fact that Dr. Sutton has the knowledge and facility to do anything I need regarding vision, from a basic exam to glasses or surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Sutton for all of your vision needs.

Dr. Sutton and his staff are wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate, and our family thinks the world of him. I would readily recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor, rather it be for a routine exam or for more complicated eye issues. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else!

My family has been going to Dr. Sutton for many years. He and his staff have always been courteous, professional, and wonderful. They have always done their best to help us. Have always done their best to help us in as many ways as they possibly can and have always listened to our questions and concerns. They have always done their best to help us save and they have always taken phenomenal care of us.

Dr. Sutton told me after the initial consultation that I would be home in 3 weeks and I was. !! I had been sitting in a nursing home for approximately 16 months waiting for a eye doctor appointment, I was in shock after he did my right eye I could see , then the left And my vision was back , God bless him David Gallagher

Third time is not a charm with this office. Yes, I was late for my appointment but they did not send me the many (3 weeks before, 3 days before and 3 hours before) reminders they claimed because I didn't know they needed a cell phone number because all they do is text no personal or recorded phone call to my home phone because they don't have the personnel that can do that. Doesn't matter that I was late and put down as a no show they were behind and it may be hours to get in. I tried to reschedule the appointment but the girl was offended at my comment that their notification practice was inadequate and farmed me off to someone else and I just walked out. I will find another doctor and never return to this one and I will not recommend them to anyone else. It would seem that bad reviews make no difference as they still do not have their act together.

Great staff and excellent service. Dr. Sutton is friendly, funny, and straight to the point. Never had issues with my prescription or purchases. Highly recommend!

World's worst place for customer care and service. Even sent a certified letter about my experience and received no response but a signature that it was received by the office. I ran into Dr Sutton sometime later and stated he never got the letter. This didn't surprise me at all considering our previous experience. I then told him what happened and he called me a LIAR! We were long time patients too! Consequently we no longer use this establishment. Don't USE DR SUTTON's Office!

My special needs son was having issues with his glasses from the start. We were told to give him some time to adjust when we called in so we did. Tried going in to get him reevaluated after six months of struggling with him. They then tell us that to much time has passed for a re evaluation and we would need to pay $175 for him to be seen. Wouldn't listen, didn't care and rude to top it all off.
