The ophthalmology practices that we refer to for medical/surgical care were acquired by EyeCare Partners. We have had multiple complaints from our patients about how those practices customer service has gone downhill terribly. They are also complaining of high pressure sales coming from the doctors about their cataract surgeries. The surgeons are great surgeons. Are you requiring quotas for upselling premium IOLs? If so, please stop. Our patients are patients, not pocketbooks. Thanks.

I had an appt for glasses Dec, 2024, at the mid rivers branch annd ordered glasses paid in full then picked up a week later. In Jan I started getting monthly invoices saying I owe money. Visited store to get a statement of account which showed they owed me money. Since, I made several phone calls to their billing group, help line and store and left messages and no one has returned a call in the last 6 mts. I even tried the corporate number listed but disconnected. I would not recommend this business to anyone! The off shore Billing Department has no idea of what they are doing. They proved they do not care about their customers! Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Truthfully this would be a zero star if I could. I had an appt 19 Feb. Glasses came in and had to be sent back due to something not being right. I feel at that point I should have gotten a call informing me of that situation. Called on about 12 March and that is when they informed me of above situation. But they were ready for inspection and they should have had them by about 14 or 15 March. Showed up to the clinic on 18 March, but unfortunately everyone was SO busy they didn't have time to call and check on them. Gave my phone number promising a call that day. NOTHING. Called yesterday to talk to a supervisor as they both were in meetings. As of today NOTHING. Now mind you I have been going here since 2020 or 2021. I have also called corporate with my complaint and I will call corporate everyday if I need to get anywhere. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

Clarkson Eyecare location in Lake St. Louis, MO. My children had been scheduled for a few months to see the doctor today and the appointments were canceled with no notification. I had taken off of work so the kids can be seen. The office was clearly not busy and I asked to speak to the doctor and the employees refused to get the doctor. They insisted that I had to confirm the appointment in order to be seen because it's policy. I asked to see the policy several times and it was not provided. I know it's not the policy to confirm because I was just seen last month and I didn't confirm the appointment. The employers called the police and I was escorted out by 3 officers for trespassing. I'm really trying to understand how I was trespassing if my family are patients there. Furthermore, is it your policy to call the police on patients when the patient is only trying to seek clarification and be seen. In addition, where is the policy stating you have to confirm the appointing in order to be seen. What if I never received the messages. Why did I not receive a phone call to notify me that the appointments were canceled. I would like a response ASAP. I have this horrible situation documented and recorded.

I ordered a pair of glasses from Eye Care Partners in Missouri (the order was placed from the Quantum Vision Center in Swansea Illinois) and paid in full. Two weeks later, I received a phone call from the representative letting me know that Eye Care Partners could not fill the order. I immediately went to the Quantum optometrist location and requested a full refund of $565.60. Bottom line - they cannot provide the glasses I ordered, I will not receive credit to my card for 4-6 week and they refused to give me anything in writing. I've tried calling the Eye Care Partners corporate location and the phones are not answered, called are not returned.

Last time the overcharged us for "teaching" our child to put in contacts when this never happened and today they refused to treat a disabled child bc he didn't have an ID. I offered to pay cash and they said no.

Long time customer of Eye Care Center. Just had my annual eye exam. Ordered new glasses and paid in full. The next day I received a call that the lens I ordered were not available. This resulted in a reduction in price. $189.00. It has been 2 weeks and I was told a refund check had to be processed out of corporate office and would take another 6 weeks. I should have used a credit card. This is a lousy way to treat loyal customers. It's OK the next time I have an eye exam and order glasses it will not be with Eye Care Center. More about the principal and respect for your customers.

Worst experience ever. Too many mistakes. 1. I had myself and my wife visited this location a few weeks ago for our annual Eye exam and this is what happened. First I was charged additional fee for An exam that was not performed. Even that my wife explained to them during her visit that this exam was not performed to me, they refused initially to reimburse me. I had to go myself and argue with the tech who did my initial visit that I have not had the test in order to reimburse me. She was able to check in the system and see that the test was not performed and issued the reimbursement. Not sure why she did not do that when my wife asked? 2. I called twice for my wife prescription to be sent by email which never happened. 3. After ordering my wife's contact from Costco, we found that the prescription did not have her correct contact brand that she asked for (she have shown the contact box to the doctor to prescribe the same brand). Not recommend at all.
