St. Louis Eye Clinic

My first appointment was all good. I was asked to make a follow up appointment in one year. I had the follow up appointment scheduled and then canceled due to the doctor being out of the country. For almost two months I have tried to reschedule with no luck. There is literally no one answering the phones to set up appointments. I left two messages with my first message being answered after 3 business days (was at work) and second message has still not been answered after 5 days. Besides the messages I have called twice a week with no luck. I don't think I will be trusting this medical group with my eyes so I'll be looking for a new doctor/clinic. Very bad experience here with this clinic.

Hands down the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Dr. Le Le was awful. He did not listen to me in the slightest. He told me to take some over the counter medicine, that I knew would not work. He told me to call him back after a week if the treatment didn't work. When I called, he said there is nothing more he can do and to call the university. WORST doctor I have ever encountered. If you have more than dust in your eyes. Don't waste your time here.

I'm an over the road truck driver. I developed an eye infection and needed to be seen. This office was able to accommodate me. It's not easy to see any doctor as a truck driver because you can't just park any where. I found a truck stop neat by and caught an uber just in time. Thank you everyone at this office for your help.

I told the nurse not to put the same stain piece in both eyes so that they wouldn't both become infected if one already wasn't and she did anyway. Also, she was pretty rude. She even rolled her eyes and huffed at me.

Well whare do I start. OK I think people will read these reviews and eventually these folks will learn about this place I was a patient but now I am not. You see I went there for a procedure but when I got there, they had other ideas. There are cast systems here they are like this: the patient (mortal) the Dr. (Demogod). Now if you know your ranking fine. But then I wonder what the founding fathers of this country would have done. Would they bow to such tyrants: I think not! That's why they left their various country's here no man can be called a lord or a viscount a Baron or a king. According to the Constitution it'S illegal. Unfortunately they left out doctors in their hast for a more perfect union. QUITE ESPECIALLY RUDE DR'S LIKE THEY ARE HERE. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A CHILD. Its like going to the principals office. THEY KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR JOHNNY. well I'll tell you what Johnny is a bad boy AND JOHNNY SAYS: F#xK YOU!!#######

I have had only good experiences at the Stl Eye Clinic. I like the technicians and the doctor I have seen for 30+ years. They get my prescription right and helped me understand it so I could order glasses online.

To start off with, I don't normally write reviews. But I have to tell you, after my mother went to this Eye doctor, she will not be going back. He was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional toward her and myself. Making comments such as, well, after five years we assume they're dead or I don't know where she got the glasses and really don't care. I am apalled at the service we received from this I doctor.
