Purchased glasses in Nov '24. Optical Rep ran my insurance & gave me the balance. I paid. Fast forward to July '25 & I received a bill for over $200. When asking why I was being charged an additional $200, 8 months later, the Optical Manager told me that "sometimes this happens ... what we tell you about insurance coverage may change after the fact". How is this in any way acceptable ? My family is done with Sam's Optical & I will pass this terrible experience on to everybody.

Experience buying glasses was fine. But do NOT expect any help after purchase. I took mine in hoping to have them adjusted. I was greeted with "do you need something?" I asked if she could adjust my glasses. I showed her the one side was sprung out. She interrupted saying "But how do they feel?" I showed her that when folding them up, they were so sprung out of shape they wouldn't even fit into case. She interrupted again "BUT how do they feel?" Her tone was hateful and rude. I left at that point thinking if I insisted she work on my glasses the result might be worse than ever.
