America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Amazing customer service!!! I ordered glasses online that needed the fit adjusted. My usual eye doctor wouldn't make the adjustments and recommended I try America's Best. I called this location, and they were happy to help adjust both pairs for me. Unfortunately, the adjustments didn't solve the issue, and the online retailer suggested I get my ocular center measured. Once again, my eye doctor wouldn't help -- but this America's Best location stepped up without hesitation. Even though I'm not a patient, have never shopped there, and it's not a service they typically offer, they went above and beyond to assist me. Everyone was extremely friendly and took their time to make sure my glasses worked perfectly. I don't normally write Google reviews, but I have to share my endless praise for this amazing team. Great experience -- I'll definitely be working with them next time I need new glasses instead of ordering online!

John was truly amazing! He was incredibly patient while I took my time trying on what felt like a hundred frames, and he never stopped being kind, supportive, and so thoughtful throughout the whole process. He made the experience feel easy and enjoyable. I can't recommend him enough!

I had such a great experience at the Maplewood location that I wish I could call out everyone I interacted with by name. From the kind soul from another store helping out in reception, to the absolute queen that performed my eye assessments, to Dr. Gsell, to John, everyone was professional, thorough, and efficient.

John is exceptional. He demonstrates professionalism, provides outstanding customer service, and maintains a positive attitude.

The front desk attendant was a bit disorganized and seemed to be overwhelmed, but the optometrist was friendly and the staff who helped me order my contacts were amazing. They accept outside prescriptions so that's also great! Masks are required and the building is very clean. The waiting area is small and I was taken care of quickly.

Great selection of well-priced frames . They do try to upsell to more expensive lenses, but you can walk out with two nice pairs for ~$100. Designer frames including Ray Ban are ~$150, but still less than other shops. Contacts are reasonably priced as well. We've been customers since they opened in 2014.

John was very cooperating and nice during my visit . He got me together rather fast with exceptional customer service .
