I came into the Sam Maplewood Mo to purchase glasses because they had a 40% off frame sale they gave such a great deal that i bought two pairs of glasses when i came to pick the glasses up one pair of the glasses where not acceptable they did not shave the lenses and no tint so i sent them back. I decided i didnt want the glasses so i called the store to let them know, when i returned to the store for a refund i was told that I have to wait until the manager got off vacation so i asked if she could call another store or get a manager to assist she said the store mgrs do not work with the optical dept so i was confused. The staff had no clue of how to do a refund in their own dept. Very Odd, the staff member Kim did not have a clue of any of the process 30 mins later member services ERICA finally solved the issue, sometimes a deal is not a deal i will never use a Sams Optical again reason lack of training Lack of courtesy and knowledge of job

I have bought and paid for 3 pairs of glasses. The Work Place and Office lens is fantastic! Optometrist hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10 to 6. The Saturday Optometrist works twice a month.
