I was very impressed with the convenience of having the eye exam and new glasses ready in one visit. Staff were all very professional and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend if you're in need of an eye exam or new glasses. I also noticed customers coming in for repairs and getting taken care of while I was looking through different styles of glasses.

UPDATE: I returned because I forgot to ask for help with my no line bifocals. I was very grateful and surprised at how much time, effort, and patience Cameron took with me, even though they had other customers waiting to purchase and had already received payment for my purchase. So often my customer experience in other places has been sub par once I had paid. We will definitely being returning soon for my husband's glasses. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love my experience - from the beginning to the end. Drake and Blake were very helpful, friendly yet professional the day I selected my glasses. They had a wide variety of frames and my choice was a great price. Then when I went back and shared I was having trouble seeing well either the no line bi-focals Christine (Christina?) was very helpful and made a slight adjustment in the fit that corrected it. I highly recommend them and would definitely return.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael and Christian. They went above and beyond to help me find two perfect pairs of glasses, even with a difficult prescription that includes astigmatism and a dramatic difference in strength between my eyes. I came in stressed and uncomfortable. My old glasses were broken, and contacts were hurting my eyes. They made it work flawlessly. They were patient, kind, and fully present throughout the entire process, never rushing me as I tried on pair after pair. They listened carefully, gave thoughtful advice, and made sure everything was done right. The relief when I put on the finished glasses was immediate. Both pairs are perfect. This was real human kindness. Cannot recommend them enough!

Very happy with my experience at Success Vision Express!! I needed new glasses bc one stem came off of my old glasses. I went in with them scotch taped. Madeline offered to fix them to get me by until the new ones were ready. She did a good job with some better tape and heat. You could barely see the patch. Thank you Madeline, for going above and beyond and letting your light shine!!

I have worn glasses my whole life, and I've honestly never had an experience like I did with Remy. He took the time to explain what everything meant, didn't rush me at all, and asked the right questions about how I'd actually be using my glasses (work, driving, screens, etc.). That alone made a huge difference. I usually order glasses online, but after this visit, I won't be doing that again. You just can't get this level of care or attention to detail through a website. Remy made sure the frames fit comfortably, helped me compare lens options in a way that actually made sense, and double checked everything before I left. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting it right. As long as he's working here, this will be my go to place for glasses.
