I have chosen America's Best for the past few years. The website is easy to use and great for setting up an appointment. However, this year I was stuck in traffic just down the road by two stop lights, called to let them know my situation, but was threatened stating my appointment would be canceled if I did not show up in the next three minutes. Also, consider I live 1 hour away, left in plenty of time, just didn't plan on traffic being so congested on a Monday after Christmas.When I arrived they had indeed canceled my time slot and the receptionist while resetting my appointment for later, was quite stern and could have been more empathic to my situation. Overall my exam and visit was pleasant.

I got 2 pairs of glasses and one pair of sunglasses 2 years ago from here. The glasses bowed out and would fall off my face. I brought them in several times and they would heat them up and bend them. They would go back to being very loose a week later. He said that just happens from the heat of my face. I've never had this happen with glasses before. I finally asked them to replace them or refund me but they wouldn't. He told me I must have got them from the cheap section. I wasnt aware there was a cheaper section. I had insurance at the time and picked 2 that I thought was cute. I even brought in several older pairs showing them how those haven't bowed out in 10 years. They wouldn't do anything about the frames. I wont be back.

I had a very good experience here. I made an appointment 2 days before on the phone which was quick and easy. I filled out the information prior to the appointment through the link on my phone, which was super easy and accessible. I showed up about 30 minutes early to make sure the insurance was all figured out and I was seen within 10 minutes. They looked steady but not too busy. The doctor (I forgot her name so sorry) was super informative, nice and helpful. Claire was super nice and helped me at check out. They had my contacts in stock so I walked home with everything I needed except for my glasses which were ordered and should be here in two weeks. A+.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST DO NOT....DO NOT buy there, I had the eye exam from a very gruff unprofessional optometrist who seemed unhappy he had to work on Sunday after Christmas his name is Michael Wheeler.I ordered two pair of glasses and wanted them shipped to my home 120 miles away. Two weeks later I was notified they were at the store.
I drove there and picked them up. After a week i saw they were the wrong prescription and demanded another examination from a different optometrist, after the examination the optometrist said they were definitely the wrong prescription.
This exact same scenario happened a year before.
I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK. VERY INCOMPETENT!!!!
