Tiffany was awesome, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about product and being me the glasses I needed. Helped get them fitting right and feeling comfortable on my face and around my heading aid. She takes great care of my entire family. Thank you for the great service.

I just wanted to make this review as soon as I can. I have an upcoming appointment, and Rhonda (staff on the front desk) was very helpful and kind. She even made a call about our insurance coverage making sure that everything's good to go on our appointment. I appreciate this kind of service. I will recommend this optical to our friends! Update: Just finished my appointment yesterday and got my glasses within the same day! The staffs are very nice and accomodating. Chayanne (I am not sure if I spelled her name correctly), she did my eye check up before seeing Dr. Kickham. She is very professional and explained each procedure very well. Dr. Kickham is also great! Chanelle assisted me after my check up and is very patient with explaining about the insurance coverage and helped me choose my eyeglasses. As a first time customer, it's an excellent experience!

I love the staff over there at the springfield location. The Dr doing the testing was very thorough, The sales woman was AWESOME , She even adjusted my old glasses so they didnt fall off when i was fighting fires anymore! Sge was also really good at helping me find a decent look for my new frames . The receptionist was GREAT, i had a very tight window as I had to be to the academy all the way in weat plains and they were busy helping others to get my new frames for me so she went ahead and got them for me and made sure i had everything I needed . The Girl that did my doalation made sure i had some free samples for eye solution and carrying case for my contacts and gave me two of them so i could choose which brand i liked better !! Also since i was so busy they let me leave to handle my other chores while my glasses were being made and much to my surprise i wasnt even done with my forst chore before i got the text saying i could come pick up my glasses. 33 minutes from when the prder went in they had my new frames and lenses ready for pick up! ALL IN ALL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EYEMART EXPRESS TO ANYONE WITH A LIKITED AMOUNT OF TIME !! THEY DID GREAT I WILL FOR SURE BE BACK!!

Chanelle it is such a sweet lady. She has helped me with past purchases and does a phenomenal job and very helpful. Highly recommend going here. I'll save you the time in shopping around. We took our son here for his first eye exam. Everyone from the front desk to the eye exam and the glasses fitting were very polite and friendly. Our insurance didn't cover as much as we would have liked but the prices were average for an exam and frames. It was busy when we were there and had to wait a few times. We were done in 2 hours from our appointment start time with a short lunch in between while we waited for the frames to be made. My son was excited he got to wear his glasses right away. It was a good first eye check up experience for him.

The front desk staff was fun and knew what they were doing. Made it painless. The eye exam was thorough, the optometrist took plenty of time to talk, answer questions, and make sure I understood my results. Eyeglass selection and fitting were spot on, the associate was attentive, patient, and really helped me find the right frames and lenses. My glasses were already in 18 minutes. Super fast turned around. We'll definitely return.

They offer a decent product at a decent price, however I believe they use false advertising. The entire reason I went there was because they said "but one, get one free" when you use insurance to buy them. However, they couldn't give us an estimate until after we spent all that time to pick out two frames and then said they do not honor that if you use Medicare advantage insurance. I believe they could have honored it if they had wanted to do so. Medicare means we are senior citizens and on a fixed income. I didn't need the second pair to be nice, but I felt that was false advertising. They could have told me they were not going to honor it before we spent two hours picking out frames on the belief that we were buying two pairs. Even with my insurance paying $350 of it, I still ended up paying about $139 extra beyond what Medicare paid for. So, these glasses are not inexpensive, but they work, so I am reasonably satisfied. I wonder if they do it this way so that customers will feel pressured to buy two pairs since they already picked them out. I hope you can understand the disappointment and possibly spare others of the same plight.
