I've been going to Vision Clinic for several years and have never had a bad experience. I have medical issues that make my eye care a bit more complex than a typical exam, and my doctor, Dr. Sandy Rice, is always incredibly informative, patient, and kind. Every question I have is answered thoroughly, and I never feel rushed or dismissed. I have seen other providers on occation due to circumstances or my schedule and have recieved the same level of care and attention.
The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes the entire experience even better. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I trust this office completely and highly recommend them.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Vision Clinic - Chesterfield Eyeworks!
From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. The Clinic Manager, Sydni McClanahan, deserves special recognition--she was exceptionally helpful, intelligent, and clearly experienced. Sydni made the entire process effortless, from scheduling my appointment to selecting frames and lenses. Her professionalism and warm approach turned what could have been overwhelming into something exciting and enjoyable.
I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. If you're looking for a clinic that combines expertise with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Vision Clinic - Chesterfield Eyeworks!
I wear mono vision contacts and as I have aged, it has become more difficult to get a good mix, there has to be compromise somewhere.
I saw Dr. Stephanie Rice for a contact lens follow up and she was wonderful! She listened to my concerns and was very patient while I tried different combinations that would be best for me OUTSIDE of that tiny office; she let me go sit in my car to test the combination! The staff were also amazing! I had an issue with my new bifocals, the office manager used her multiple hats to help me with what I wanted and needed in the adjustments and measures. She listened and heard me, asking questions to make sure she knew what I needed.
Had an appointment last month for the first time since Vision Clinic took over.
The optometrist (I had never seen him before) had a very odd sense of humor and kept commenting and joking about how poor my eyesight is without a prescription, which didn't feel funny to me. Made me uncomfortable, but I looked past it.
At the end of my visit, the optometrist asked me how I liked my current contact brand (I love them) and he told me we would keep everything the same.
I ordered my years supply of contacts at the front desk. But when I received the contacts in the mail, they weren't the same brand of contacts I had spoken to the optometrist about nor were they a years supply of monthly lenses -they were a 2 week lens supply for half a year. I brought the lenses up and told them exactly what I needed to change them to. They told me that the 2 week lenses are to be worn monthly (ummm no??) and that the lenses they gave me were their brand and that it was the same thing (for about a $50 higher price difference). I told them I wanted the change of brands and a refund. They gave me a different prescription paper but I noticed that it was again not the brand I had asked for. Again I asked for the brand I'm used to and they finally gave it to me but not without a bit of hesitation.
Not only this, but I had my son fitted for contacts 6 months and 5 days ago back when it was Chesterfield Eyeworks. The doctor we had seen had never finalized his contacts prescription, granted he decided he would rather wear glasses anyways. When I asked them for his prescription trials so that he could come back in for a finalization, I was told that we cannot finalize the contacts because it had been over 6 months and that it was with an optometrist who no longer works there so they cannot do that. Just a little info: It's been 5 DAYS past 6 months... they said I would need to get him an appointment for a fitting again before we finalize it so that I could get his prescription.
This place is a joke and it seems like they only want your money. I'm not for it.
We will be finding a new eye clinic ASAP.
I had a wonderful experience at Chesterfield EyeWorks! Dr. Holmes was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough--he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything about my exam. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made the visit smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. Holmes and the team for anyone looking for exceptional eye care!
Ever since Vision Clinic took over its nothing but a rip off. They only offer brand name glasses, finding frames under $100 doesn't exist. I got the $30 warranty on mine and for each claim you'd pay $50 for it either fixed or replaced. Or so I thought. I got these frames back in October and they broke so easily. So I'm told to find new frames. Well I find what I like and suddenly I have to pay the price difference too, not that they had anything around the same price. Never told. They're just telling you one thing while taking more and more money. I'm very disappointed as what this place has become and due to pricing I will have to go elsewhere.
Everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable. I felt very well taken care of. They all took their time and explain things well as needed. We'll definitely go back.
They are wonderful. I loved Dr. Rice. Thank you for being so helpful. I definitely would recommend going to them to anyone
