Collins Eye Clinic

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Collins and his full staff! Dr. Collins has worked with so many of my family and friends and myself! He loves the work he dose and you can tell in his bed side manor! He has helped my husband the most! My husband is diabetic and had pressure and bleeding behind his eyes causing him to go blind. Dr. Collins has treated him almost 2 years and has made it possible now for my husband to see again! Thank you so much Dr. Collins and all the wonderful staff who has worked with you! And I will always have the understanding why you are so busy and receiving your care will ALWAYS BE WORTH THE WAIT!

I had gone to the same Opthamologist for years, but had to change due to insurance. I went to Collin's eye clinic & at my first appointment I could tell something off. For starters, the staff came across as unprofessional & unorganized. The doctor came in & I don't know if he was having a bad day, but was rude & arrogant, and my appointment felt very rushed. I later received my 2 new pair of glasses & my sight wasn't clear, but fuzzy. I called & told them my prescription didn't seem right. (this has never happened in the 20 yrs I've worn glasses). I was told it would take a while to get used to my new glasses. It's been a year & I still can't see well with them. I hate it. I never went back for fear the doctor would cop an attitude with me for challenging his work, because that's how he came across. I will NEVER go back, nor refer anyone. It was a waste of my money!!

Dr. Collins was wonderful. He removed cataracts in both of my eyes on two separate occasions. He is a gift physician and his staff is professional and kind. The entire office works so smoothly together. I feel so confident in his ability. My husband and I drive two hours to see Dr. Collins. He is well worth the drive.

I love it when I have the opportunity to write a great review. From the moment I walked in actually no, before that, I had what I believed to be an emergency and Dr. Collins came in the day before Thanksgiving when he wasn't even supposed to be there. And I really appreciated it. I was a brand new patient so he really didn't have to do that. Alicia, Heidi and Jessica are a part of the Eye clinic and they're wonderful too. I just can't say enough about Dr Collins and his beautiful team. They made me feel welcome from the start. They really are a fine tuned Machine, working together in complete harmony. Dr Collins made me feel confident that he could take care of my many problems. He removed both my cataracts and I am seeing better than ever. It was a pain free experience. Don't let his sometimes gruff demeanor, discourage you. He actually is so funny, hysterical actually and not to mention, easy on the eyes. That comment will make him laugh. He is fully committed to his patients. But most importantly he knows what the hell he is doing. I have read some of the negative reviews about his attitude. Trust me, ignore them. He is a great guy! And I trust him completely.

They got me in right away for an urgent situation. Got me taken care of. Everyone was super friendly. The staff were professional. I cannot think of anything Collins Eye Clinic could do better. Dr. Collins even agreed to see my child even though they don't typically treat children.

Guess I won't be going. I requested an appointment online. Promptly got a call ( while I was driving ) to set up the appointment. I asked the lady on the phone to email or text the date and location. She didn't send it. I have emailed three times and called once ( left a message ). NO RESONSE. I'll go somewhere else.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The Dr.Collins was the one that was rude. It was my first time here and the moment he got in the room he did not greet me, hardly acknowledge me, and ask how I was. Only saw me less than 6 minutes and did not say what the issue was, treatment, say bye, or my next appointment. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Worst Doctor experience I've ever had.

I found Dr Collins and his Team to be Professionally Friendly. The wait can be long... however, as the saying goes... "Good Things Are Worth Waiting For" and Dr Collins Definitely Qualifies ! I have Not needed glasses since the Day he did my cataract surgery !!! Great Thanks to Dr. Collins&His Team.
