Noah and Eric were both absolutely amazing. Eric took his time and taught me things regarding my glasses I did not know and was so funny, he made the experience wonderful! Noah was the overall best! His personality made me feel like I was at home. With this type of hospitality I will always refer and purchase from this location! Just a side note EVERYONE was great. Shout out to the 3 that helped me decide on frames!!!!!

My wife and I had an exceptional visit at Eyeglass World. Upon arrival we were greeted and helped by a young man named Matthew. After we each selected a pair of glasses we were served by Victoria. She was very competent, efficient and knowledgeable woman. we were very impressed with her and eyeglass world in general. We highly recommend this business.

This was an excellent experience. Dr. Capehart did a lot of good testing and found something my previous exams missed, so I was very thankful for that. Hunter also did a great job with helping me navigate insurance and get some new frames/lenses, so I highly recommend her. Overall, this was great, and I plan to return next time.

I had the best experience ever with getting fitted with frames. Eric took the time to explain in detail which frames would be the best fit for me and why. I appreciate his time and knowledge.

Had a great experience here, from the eye doctor to the staff everyone was really nice. I had the best eye exam I can remember and the doctor was really nice and thorough. Eric in the showroom was great (and so funny!) he took his time helping my husband and I and explaining how to pick a good pair of glasses and what the different numbers on our prescription meant. I have never had such service and I feel like we learned a lot from him. This is our new place to get glasses!

I recently took my children and myself in for exams, glasses, and contacts, and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Robyn--not once, but twice. She was amazing: incredibly kind, helpful, and impressively knowledgeable. Robyn patiently reworked the cost of glasses multiple times until we found the perfect lenses and frames that fit our budget. Her dedication and professionalism made the entire experience so much easier and more comfortable for all of us. At our most recent appointment, my son was struggling to insert his contacts. Although Noah wasn't our assigned tech that day, he graciously stepped in to help. He went well out of his way, taking the time to properly educate and guide my son through the process. His calm and patient approach put my son at ease, and his clear, thoughtful instruction made a big difference. Both Robyn and Noah turned what could have been a stressful experience into a truly positive one. I can't thank them enough for their care and exceptional service.

I really like Dr. Kevin Umbright. Had a very good exam and after nearly two years of being unable to see correctly the world looks different now. Definitely five stars.

I've been coming here for years but I can no longer come back until they get some people in there that know how to properly take measurements for my glasses. The Dr was fine but when the girl measured my glasses she kept redoing it to be sure. I was nervous to get them back but sure enough when I got him back they were blurry. I told them right away that they were blurry, and the measurements must be off. A guy measured them for me. He seemed like he was in a huge hurry and seemed annoyed like I was asking too much of him. Well, guess what when I got them back they were still blurry. I got a refund this time so I won't be going back to this place unfortunately.
