Kind of stupid they ask u to be at ur appointment before ur scheduled time right and then when u arrive before ur scheduled appointment which under stand if im early im going to most likely wait but ive been waiting for almost an hr after my scheduled time and they just took a person before me and poor lady had to wait too! And then if u ain't here on time they cancel u and charge u but if they ain't on time all u can do is sit and wait! This is bs and ridiculous!! And then don't understand that people have other shit to do and like waiting for almost 2 hours for an eye appointment it's beyond stupid!! And then wanna say they over poked welp maybe the one that does the booking needs a refresher on how to not over book!!! Smh!
