Terrible communication, had an appointment yesterday in the afternoon and got checked in at 150 pm, busy as usual but it seemed to be moving along well until there was only 3 of us left in the waiting room. This place closes at 430 pm and at 5 pm everyone seemed to be leaving except the receptionist for checking out only and there were still 3 of us waiting. No one came by to let us know anything for why we were not called and no communication about why we were still the only ones left waiting. Finally 1 person said he had enough waiting and left and the one before me checked with the check out receptionist and was told apparently they had been marked as 'no show'. I finally went to the check out receptionist and told her I could not wait any longer and I heard the same thing 'no show' but I had been checked in and my co pay was pending. I asked about a refund, they said they might have to credit my account, that's fine but they had no good time for an appointment that would work for me to come back. If I didn't have to go here I definitely would not go back. Always a very long wait but yesterday took the cake. Everybody is very nice but that never makes up for the lack of communication and apparent lack of caring about the patients left waiting. Very unorganized.

The eye doctor i see is good. The wait is to long. The treatment was free with my insurance but now they started charging for things that were not done. I have to call them the last two bill i received and explained

Ya ya I get it time is valuable but so is ur eyesight and If I had to do it all over again I would bring my husband back here! He can now see out of his one eye when all hope was almost lost

My appointment time was set for 905am for a visual scan that started an hour late. My appointment with Dr Hirsch was at 10am and it is currently 1245 and still haven't seen the doctor. Completely unacceptable. Who has 4-5 hours for an appointment? Who is managing the process? Completely broken process.

So far, I have yet to even step foot in this office and I'm not impressed. My doctor sent over a referral, a month goes by without any call or acknowledgment that they have a referral waiting to be called back. I end up getting a bit frustrated waiting for them to call, so I call myself. At this point, they tell me that they have the referral in the system, but are unclear as to why nobody has called.... Meanwhile, I'm having trouble even seeing at night to drive my car home from work. Not to mention, the call they finally answered was my second call of the day. I got tired of being on hold after almost 20 minutes the first time.... Not impressive. Hopefully I will have better luck at the appointment and can come change my review to a much more pleasant one. We will see.

Wait time is ridiculous. Dr. Sun messed up my eye then sent me to someone else to try to fix it. This place reminds me of a cattle sale barn. 3 or 4 hour appointment time. Go down the street and get proper care.

Long wait time to see dr. Dr always seems overwhelmed. But thus is only game in town. So expect to wait

The wait times are terrible. Even early appointments run late. Would have time to check in and leave for breakfast or lunch and still have time to spare before you get to see the doctor.
