It literally takes 4 to 5 hours, every seat is taken, every one in the waiting room has same appointment times within 15 minutes apart then sit for 4 hours. Wake up!! 80% of these people are elderly hungry and bored, sleeping. No TV's well two and they aren't on. Do better!! Please, this is so hard on the patients. Arrived at 1:15 it's now 5:09 still waiting!!! This happens EVERY visit..

I have worked at Mercy Hospital for 16 1/2 months now, and I finally had an eye exam at this Mercy clinic yesterday.
This was my first eye exam in SIX YEARS! That's how long I had the green and blue transition glasses I had since my last eye exam at Sunshine Eye Clinic. I still have my green glasses, but my blue glasses recently broke. That's why this made perfect timing!
In addition, my Mom, who also has a work-from-home job for Mercy, referred me to Rose for assistance in finding new glasses. I wanted to stick to transition glasses, and Rose managed to help me find a pair that I like even better than the green glasses I now wear.

They're answering machine and their website says they close at 4:30 Monday through Friday. No one is there to answer the calls. They field it with their answering service. I was calling to cancel since I already had an exam three weeks ago. Their answering service was warm and concerned with my call.

My regular eye doctor noticed something unusual with my eyes and referred me to this clinic. I was seen by Dr. Hirsch and he communicated with me very well. After several tests I was diagnosed with pigmentary glaucoma We opted to do laser on my eyes All went well, but if you expect any procedures where they have to do multiple dilation on eyes, bring your own dark glasses. They do not provide the large ones. I was in hell. Rode home with a towel over my eyes. Follow up went well. At times, Dr. Hirsch seems to be rushing, but if you have questions, he definitely slows down to answer them Next up for me, cataract evaluation
