Check in was quick and easy. We checked in shortly before 8 and they were putting him in the car by 12:30. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. I was the driver and my husband the patient.

THEY WENT TO LUNCH...I was a driver. My friends appointment was at 10:40AM. At 12:30 they came and got her. Shortly after her status read "ready for procedure " the procedures stopped and everyone that had been called back were also "ready for procedure " till 1:35 they began again. THEY WENT TO LUNCH! 8-10 people back there prepped, in gowns, IV's, numbed eyes.... none of them with anything to eat or drink since the night before (as per instruction).....the actual surgery seems to have been successful, but...the treatment was like that of cattle.

For the drivers view , patient get first class treatment and fast service of you live far from Springfield and make locals wait all day, we arrived and others arrived past us and are leaving ahead of us . Now we have to reschedule doctors appointment because they took all day .
