I had been to another place before coming here in which I waited approx 40 minutes with only 1 person acknowledging me once but never assisted me. I came to Pearle Vision and Stephanie helped me from the time I walked through the door. She assisted me and humored me in making up my mind on what I wanted. She then went through the whole process again regarding specials and getting me the bedt deal at the moment. I very much appreciated her patience and assistance with me on my visit.

Took my husband here for glasses. They prescribed his glasses. He later came in for an appointment and told the lady at the front that his glasses where uncomfortable and needed a few little adjustments. She told him he should have done that his first visit and that she won't fix them for him now because he didn't say anything about it the first time. He told his actual eye doctor and he said that he would have a talk with her... Then they'll respond with this is an unusual response given that we have been great customer service providers for the past 43 years, mind you there are so many ratings on here that are one star with pretty much the same complaints from the exact same location. And it's not the doctor's necessarily I believe it's the people at the front desk specifically the lady that's at the downstairs desk.

I am very very, very satisfied with pearl vision. I went to Pearle vision in Colorado and then I moved to Missouri and I always thought Pearle vision is a very nice company. Everyone who works is very friendly and eye doctor is friendly . I love it. Can't wait to see again. .! I had no health insurance but my total discount was only $270 . I'm impressed. They didnt come get me for my telehealth appointment until 30 minutes after my appointment time, then just to tell me I cant do telehealth because of my prisms (which was not disclosed when booking on the website or when they called me to confirm yesterday). I wasted my whole lunch hour sitting to then be told I cant be seen. Ive only stayed with yall because of the staff and not even that is worth it anymore. Your glasses are cheap, your office is unorganized and I won't be back.

I was told by the doctor that because I didn't wear my contacts like the directions on the box, she wouldn't write a prescription for them. What business is it of hers on how I wear a product that's not even purchased though her. Been doing it for 35 years. I'll never go to any Pearl Vision again. Do the job I'm paying you to do which is doing an exam and writing a prescription.

Felt very let down by this locations billing practices.
Chose not to use them and went to another provider for SIGNIFICANTLY lower pricing. Gonna reach out to my vision insurance to see about this too(pun intended).

Not a fan of this company. They automatically assume things about you. What you can and cannot afford. Especially when it comes to kids' eyes , they are not for it. They're just down to the old mighty dollar. And some of the staff members need to retire.
