Dr. Pierce and all the staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. This office extends quality service at every step from checking in, exam process, and assisting with glasses, as needed. Dr. Pierce explains questions and his comments thoroughly during the exam process.

My family has been going here for a few years now. It is one of the best places to go for glasses. They are very transparent about everything and they're very helpful, especially with what understanding what your insurance will and will not cover.

This is the most amazing eye team ever! Our son broke his glasses after 3 years of having them. Got him in for his eye exam next day. Was told it would be about 2 to 3 weeks to get his new ones in. Of course our son was upset but knew it would be awhile. Had to come back the next day for my husband's appointment. Sitting in the room waiting to be seen and they came in and said guess what we had the frames he wanted and had the lenses he needed. Had them ready and everything color of case he wanted and all! They went above and beyond! My husband enjoyed the environment and the staff also. This will definitely be the place we bring the whole family to and will tell everyone about!

Dr. Pierce is amazing, but his staff would get a negative 100 star review if I could give that. They NEVER update you when your items are ready and they sound less than thrilled to have to do their jobs any time you speak with them.

My son is autistic and non-verbal, and very sensitive to touch around his face. His regular doctor is no longer there, so I was concerned about changing providers. But Dr. Broaddus and staff were excellent with him. The optical shop staff were equally fantastic. Many thanks from this special needs mom for the extra care!

I saw Dr. Courtney and she is amazing been going to her for years. However, the office staff check in and check out were horrible. No smiling no helping on insurance and bad attitudes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pierce's for so many years that I've forgot how many. As always, he is the best! I highly recommend him and his practice to whoever needs the best eye care ever!

Recently went for an eye appointment. Great staff, my eye dr explained things in great detail. Picked out my frames, got my glasses in less than two weeks. Very satisfied
