Summit Eye Care LLC. The absolute WORST experience. The technician Brynn who did all my tests was professional and friendly. The optician however, spoke to me via video chat. This woman did not listen to NOTHING I had to say. She looked over my charts and saw I had 20/20 vision, no retinal atrophy and zero problems with my eyes. Despite that she then tells me she's going to give me a stronger prescription for +150 for reading glasses BECAUSE we need more help as we age. I repeatedly told her my current +125 prescription works great and I've no blurry vision. She totally ignored me and insisted on this stronger prescription. This showed me she doesn't know what she's talking about and could care less about her patients and had she been prescription drugs, she basically would have over medicated me recklessly.

Let me start off by saying that the doctor was great, no complaints there. It was when I was checking out with the frames that I had picked out when the issue began. Their were 2 workers, a lady and a man. The lady was the one who "helped" me. From the beginning she was not friendly at all, she barely spoke to me, she had issues scanning in the pair of glasses that I had picked, then when she did, it came up the wrong the price. The other worker helped her fix this when I brought it to her attention. Mind you this whole process took about 30 -40 minutes. I pay and then leave. Fast forward to Saturday Sept 22. My glasses come in, I go to pick them up and get the same lady. She gets the tray and to my surprise the frames are not what i had ordered. I look at them and she immediately said those weren't the ones you ordered I must have scanned the wrong ones in. She then grabs the frames that I did want and said that she will order new ones right away but that they will take another week to get in. While she was apologetic I was angry because of her demeanor when she was putting my order together and the fact she didn't offer to get them rushed so that I can get them quicker. I understand mistakes happen, however maybe taking a bit of care and double checking your work this could have been avoided or at least offering to ship them quickly to and from the site where they will be made would have made it a better experience.

I scheduled an appointment 5 weeks ago and today on my way to my appointment I call them to let them know I was gonna be 2 min late because it was much traffic the lady just told me they don't have a doctor because he quit yesterday and they didn't call me to let me know. That's not professional. I was just wanting to use the "benefit" of my new sams card but it seems like they are no benefits only disappointment.

We showed up for our appointment that had been scheduled for 5 weeks and were told the doctor was on vacation. No apologies, no I'm sorry, no can we reschedule, instead we were treated like it was our fault for keeping the appointment.

Had an appointment scheduled for a month out and they called me three days before that appointment and said they had only scheduled me for a 15 minute appointment. So they had to reschedule me and I had to wait three more weeks. I got another call the day before saying they didn't have a tech so they couldn't do my appointment.

Lisa was friendly, efficient, and professional. Reasonable prices.

Always helpful and professional. They work great with the adults and kids alike in my family.
