Terrible customer service. I spoke in a straight forward and matter of fact way to employee Gracie about a mistake they made on my prescription. She had zero empathy, shrugged her shoulders as if to say oh well. She actually called me mean or an equivalent because I spoke in a straight forward way. Grow up Gracie. You can tell someone about your policy with empathy. But no you chose to do it with the attitude of I guess you're out of luck. Do better Springfield Eye Specialist starting with not making mistakes on prescriptions

I've been a patient of Dr Bartels for several years and always purchased my eyewear from his facility. This year I went somewhere else for my frames. I had an issue with the frames fitting correctly that they couldn't fix. I called Angie and without hesitation she had me come in. My glasses were fixed in minutes with the same kindness she shows when I do buy from Springfield Eye Specialists! I have never experienced anything except kindness and concern from Dr Bartels or his staff! I'll continue seeing them for all on my eye needs!
