Even though the appointment was quick, it never felt rushed. Once you're inside, you forget you're even in a Costco--it feels like a dedicated eye clinic.

Vanover Vision was great!! Dr. Vanover was thorough, and careful. Things were fast, but not his work it was studious and careful what I mean is there was no wait. He was kind and caring, very well organized. Very clean office with a nice temperature set. He has state of the art equipment that a lot of the other local places don't have. His receptionist was welcoming, kind, and sweet. She noticed my birthday! I was blessed that what I consider the best optometry practice in town accepted my insurance. Don't hesitate, he's a full service optometrist, independent from Costco!

A horrible experience. I went in and saw him on 2 occasions. Both prescriptions were incorrect. He was condescending, arrogant and dismissive. It became very clear that he was not going to get my prescription right.Ultimately, I drove to another Costco location where I got a correct prescription and glasses that worked.

All of the staff here are wonderful! They are all very professional and kind. I have been wearing the same contacts all my life, and Dr. Vanover recommended a different brand I might like better and I really appreciated that. They're way better. The cost of exams (even without insurance) was great. I'll definitely be back next time I need eye care! I'd recommend this optometrist to anyone- you don't even have to have a Costco membership to go here.

Dr Vanover is the absolute best. I've had eye problems for quite a few years.
Once we got a membership at Costco, I decided to give him a try, knowing they had some good prices on glasses and/or contacts.
I have to say I was a little reluctant in trying someone new because of my eye issues...BUT I have been over-the-top pleased with Dr Vanover. He took time to listen and understand, he has been patient as we tried different options, and he has been super friendly. He has worked with me in looking for the best options for my situation. I am 100% satisfied. He has far exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful.
