Vision Clinic - Downtown

Everyone at VisionClinic is absolutely amazing and so kind. I had an issue with the prescription on my new glasses and they were able to get me in as a walk-in and retest my prescription. We found the issue and they ordered me some new lenses. The ladies out front were also a hoot and a holler! Thank you!

The staff and providers are so warm and friendly and you can tell they're dedicated to the best eye care possible. They also have a great selection of frames (including a lot of fun and funky!) and plenty of contact lens options. They'll spend the time to make sure they really fit and feel right. I had a blast, too. 100/5 stars.

I had my first appointment today and the entire staff was so kind and helpful. I had an annual exam and got fitted for contacts and they made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend!

I needed to get into the eye doctor quickly because the end of the year was approaching and my insurance could've been changing. Apparently I was not the only procrastinator this year because most clinics were scheduling 3-6 months out. So I grabbed the first available appointment among 8-9 clinics that accepted my insurance. Vision Clinic Downtown was the choice and I am so glad that it was. Scheduling was a little difficult due to minor language barriers but still pretty smooth sailing. Where they really shined bright though was the actual visit! Easy parking just to the side of the building. As I walked in, the girls at the front desk greeted me with a smile and were super kind, friendly and welcoming. I barely had time to write my name on the form before they called me back. The tech that did my basic vision tests and Optimap photos (photos of the inside of the eyes) was upbeat and energetic even though it was the end of the day. She joked around and made small talk making me feel at ease and comfortable. When the doctor came in with her tech, they were friendly, professional, and super fast. Their demeanor was playful and very welcoming. You could tell that Dr. Whitlock knew what she was doing and man was she quick! My appointment was at 4pm. I arrived about 10 minutes late and I was still in and out within a half hour. I couldn't recommend Vision Clinic Downtown and Dr. Whitlock enough. Top notch service and personalities all around the office!

Great location and lovely clinic. The environment is laid back but professional and you know immediately that it is a very inclusive provider, which I appreciate! Whoever walks through the doors will immediately feel comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. The exam was informative, there is a fantastic selection of eye glasses. Happy to have found my new Vision provider!

I was in and out in 30min with excellent service. I feel like I was well cared for and in good hands. I got a new pair of glasses at a reasonable price. Highly suggest going there if you are in need of eye care.
