This newer establishment boasts an excellent staff. I called and secured an appointment within the hour. Dr. Summer Williamson and her team performed my vision test, and for the first time, she took the time to carefully conduct my eye and vision exam without rushing. Unlike other doctors, Dr. Summer prioritized accuracy and allowed me to achieve optimal clarity during my exam. I am confident that my new eyeglasses will be significantly better focused than in previous exams. She started her practice about a year ago and clearly has the latest, most advanced equipment to ensure exceptional results. For Mercy employees, she accepts UMR insurance, which is especially beneficial now that Mercy is closing many of its offices. I highly recommend giving Dr. Summer a try; I am certain you will appreciate the service, and this will become your preferred optical provider.

I had a great experience at Vision Gallery 417. They are very responsive and communicative during the initial new patient establishment process. Also, Dr. Williamson was on of the best I've been to and I will be using their services in the future. Dr. Summer Williamson was very thorough with her exam. I highly recommend them.

I learned that VisionGallery 417 was just 11 months old when I visited. Despite Dr. Williamson and her staff did a great job of showing their knowledge, competence and compassion. They both were more than kind and gracious and worked with me to check the status of some existing issues I had, performed an eye exam and then set me up with some new glasses while ensuring that I used everything I could from insurance. Sure you could use online places these days but you won't get that personal touch and I guarantee your glasses won't look as good as if you visit Vision Gallery 417. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment!

Had my annual eye exam and updated the lenses on one of my older pairs of glasses. Scheduling was quick and convenient. Dr. Williamson and Kasey were professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the visit. The clinic is modern, comfortable, and easy to access from Glenstone. Highly recommend for excellent care and service.

Great first time experience. Prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I spent 30 minutes trying to pick out frames and they were just so accommodating and fun to interact with. Lots of options on frames. They explained my insurance coverages and everything really thoroughly so I knew what was covered. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Williamson is a pleasure to work with--professional, extremely knowledgeable, and attentive to individual needs. Her office is bright, cheerful, and beautifully designed with a professional touch. She also offers an excellent selection of frames.

What a great experience. My husband and I came into VisionGallery417 on a day committed to finding "the perfect frame". I've had 2 separate experiences elsewhere where I decided on a frame, ended up having buyer's remorse, and was stuck feeling awkward and not "myself" for the next 2 years. Not fun. This time, we decided to go out of our norm and go to smaller independent frame shops and we came across VisionGallery417. Not only is this space ~GORGEOUS~, the selection was above par in style choices. You can just sense the quality and class. On top of that, the customer service given was top-notch. Dr. Summer Williamson was so kind and thorough, giving me a proper prescription (which I'd always struggled to get, somehow), and gave me plenty of time to ask allll the questions. She and Kasey got me excited to actually wear glasses again. The communication during my visits coming in to "visit" my glasses (haha, I told you I wanted to be sure this time!) were met with joy and I really liked receiving text notifications that updated me of the processes taking place. I chose a beeeautiful frame that came in from the lab and was picked up today! I'm so eager to enjoy seeing well and looking cute while doing it! Thank you, girls! It was a pleasure!!

I have worn contacts for 24 years. When I get a contact exam and fitting it always comes with a new pair of contacts in which the doctor will look at them in your eyes and make sure they fit even if it's the same brand as before. Then you can order what you need. This is the first time in 24 years that I didn't get a new pair of contacts and they just looked at the old contacts that I had in my eyes that were already fitted from my last exam and they still charged me. When I mentioned this they said "that might be how other places do it but not them. We looked at your contacts in your eye so that was the fitting and charged me as such. " I don't think I will be going back to them.
