Appointment was able to be set up quickly. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Staff explained the procedures each in every step. The eye exam was thorough and easy to understand. The doctors were very informative of when it came to the eye exam. I would highly recommend them. And I will continue using their service.

I've been to this store several times and never really experienced anything super unprofessional. But I had an appointment today at the mall at 10:00. Mind you the mall doesn't even open TILL 10. You have to walk from the parking lot all the way around to the other side of the mall just to get to their store. I walk in at 7-8 after. And I'm told they can't see me because I was a few minutes late. Why not make the first appointment 5-10 after 10:00? If you guys are that rude about time. I get if the appointment is after the place has already been open and you can walk in and be there waiting, but that wasn't the case.

I live 50 miles from Springfield, MO so I called first to see if my glasses were in. I dealt with employee 119498. She said my glasses were in. When I got there she said my new glasses were not in yet. She then said I had two pair that I needed to pick up. These were from a year ago so an old Rx that I did not need. I already had the two pair of glasses so these were duplicates that I did not order. She said I could just take them or they would throw them away. She was just matter of fact and not willing to deal with me or explain what had happened. She had my phone number wrong also after telling me she had sent several texts and voice calls which of course I did not get. I just feel like she is not experienced enough to work with people's rxs or doing an order correctly. I will probably start going to another eye glass place after I get my new glasses. I've been with this company for years and this is the second big screw up I've dealt with vision works!! The other screw up was two years ago. I've just lost confidence in the people who work there

First they scheduled my appointment and then canceled it without telling me saying it was overbooked then when I called to schedule again the lady had no idea about what she was doung not even how many stores they have in Springfield. Disappointed

The slowest place i have ever been to since getting glasses as a child. Expect 2-3 hrs wait per appointment and then 2 weeks for trial contacts and 2 weeks for them to come in after. Don't go here, they will take multiple appointments to do something simple and then make you wait forever to get what you order.
