Dr. Cantrell took the time to talk to me about all of my concerns and brought up some clever solutions about my ongoing dry eyes. His staff were very friendly and made you feel like you were a part of the family. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. I never could use the boxes of contacts ordered for me November 2020. I went back multiple times October to November 2020 and was finally just told by the doc the contacts would adjust to my eyes. I just called (August 23rd, 2021) to state my concerns on account of I tried to wear a pair yesterday for 1st time since last November and was offered another appt since I waited too long to say all this because now my eyes would have changed again. Why would I want another appt after all this? Also, as for waiting too long, I went out of the country last November to December and then was on Covid lockdown at my house from where I worked til this month. If my eyes changed, why is it I am still wearing my prescription glasses from 3 years ago just fine? The issue is not my eyes but the doctor who tested them. Do not waste your time or money at this business. I now have 2 brand new boxes of contacts that are and were always useless. The receptionist is rude and will overtalk you as well. Go elsewhere. UPDATE.. I went yesterday 8/24/21 to an eye doctor I saw 2 years ago in December 2019 as well as a few years ago in December 2017, Dr. Perrine, and was informed by him that my eyes are similar to what they were when he last saw me in Dec 2019 (right -0.5 and left +0.25). When I handed him the contacts ordered for me by Dr. Cantrell. Dr. Perrine informed me they would do nothing at all for me for a couple of reasons: 1. Neither of my eyes are as bad as what Cantrell prescribed for me which was a power of -1.0 in both eyes. 2. Both my eyes have a vastly different prescription with my left eye having a -0.75 cyl and +0.25 sph and my right eye having a -0.25 cyl and -0.50 sph.

Dr cantrell is a very nice person to talk to about your glasses and his staff is nice. A very nice place to go.

Very good eye doctor, treats my while family and has really helped us with our vision.
