Went in for a emergency visit they took me in and they were very kind and helpful. Everyone was great. The new eye doctor there is very nice and I really like her. So glad I went and going back for a full eye exam. Thanks girls.

Tried calling to make an appointment as a new patient (only place in West Plains that takes my insurance) and didn't realize that I called 30 minutes before they closed. The person who answered my call was very rude and snarky while explaining that they're currently not accepting new patients. As I was saying thanks for her time and trying to apologize for calling so late she hung up on me.

Have been going there for several years, they used to be so nice and helpful. Not sure what is happening there now, but the staff is not friendly nor helpful, seems to be all new faces. I went in to get a spare contact. The nurse accused me of not having an appointment since 2020. Then when the receptionist said I had an appointment in November 2021 the nurse asked if I showed up for it. She really asked that, right in front of me and others in the waiting room. She found out I did have an appointment last November and I did show up, the issue was her research was wrong. She wanted me to schedule my next appointment before she would look for me a spare contact and said they are scheduling yearly checks for existing patients 8 months out. They didn't have my contacts on hand (like they used to) to even get me a spare to make it another month (let alone 8 months). But they did offer to let me buy a spare and wait 2-3 weeks for them to come in. When I asked for a copy of my prescription they had to have the Dr update it as that was never completed at my appointment in 2021. I will be looking for another eye doctor at this point (and I ordered contacts from somewhere else, they will be here in 5-7 business days).

I I'm amazed at the care I got for my eyes. Everyone was courteous above and beyond anything I could imagine it was that great. They had the latest technology for everything they needed. It was just that good an then some.

She dilated my son's eyes for a regular eye exam for glasses when he was like 6 and here we are like 4 years later and his pupils still dilate on their own. Yes I took him back to her to see what she could do for his eyes the next day and she accused him of lying even though you could clearly see his pupils were still dilated. She's a very hateful person and very unprofessional. She messed his eyes up for life and now he's terrified of eye doctors. Wish you could give someone zero stars.

Haven't personaly been here i had my eyes checked at vision express but Dr Hart was filling in as optometrist and he has got to be the very best eye exam i have ever had. Vision Express xpress' receptionists however we're very rude to myself and others.

Awesome upbeat staff and Dr Hart is the same! I won't go anywhere else for my eyecare.
