I LOST my brand new glasses. They treated me so kind and helped me get another pair. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! The exam also is very through and makes you feel you have had a real eye exam!

THE BEST customer service. Every staff member in this office is so kind & helpful. I couldn't have found a better place to take my son. Their patience & communication with children (& parents) is amazing!

Eye exam was thorough and straight forward. Staff seemed friendly for the most part. However, I witinessed one of the staff being rude and short with a customer who inquired about getting her sons glasses adjusted. I thought nothing of it but the same lady was abrupt and rude with my wife the next day. Secondly, the glasses I received had the wrong color of frame and found out correct color were never ordered. My brother inlaw had the same problem with his glasses frame being the incorrect color as well. My wife has had several problems with this business which she will explain in her review. I should have stayed with Mattix Neu Prater but I wanted an optometrist that was closer to home. Ream has definitely lost our family as customers.

They were so helpful. The eye tests that were done are more than any other place and was appreciated. Prices are great, and the staff is so kind!
