The staff is far from professional. They not only was rude, dismissive, and belittling. They was boardline abusive during the exam. The Only single reason we went here, was because they accepted our insurance, and our frames broke. The selection of frames was low quality. When I tried looking at more frames, besides the ones on the walls. I was scrolled like some child,. And denied even a ounce of respect, or human decency, and was looked down like we was nothing but poor white trash. The frames we settled on ,(for lack of options )are cheap and flimsy. Like they purchased bulk frames from China, and over charge people. Honestly if we had a undo button from this 2 hours of our life. We would of waited and went to another more professional eye care specialist. I would rather of been blind for 2 days, than ever return to this store ever again . And based on there more positive reviews, i would not doubt they offered people discounts to write positive reviews. We was far from happy after leaving.

Their glasses are not top quality in my opinion as I have owned multiple pair from this business and had issues with every pair. Also they used to offer very low prices but they have increased until they are not cheap anymore. The older red headed employee is to curt with customers too. My Reviews are true.

They are quick, polite staff, and affordably priced. Only issue i have is one thing. So i went in on a Thursday to get fitted for contacts. I was told my trial contacts would have to be ordered in. So i got a new pair of glasses since i needed them anyway, but im getting contacts to get away from glasses. So... 6 days later its Wednesday. I call them and they tell me my contacts just got ordered yesterday. So why did they just get ordered yesterday? Especially when they coulda been ordered in Friday even Wednesday when i left. And i paid $99 to get fitted for contacts just so they could take their time on getting me what i paid for. Bottom line theyll get you your glasses in a hour, but if you want contacts you might wanna go somewhere else that plans on taking care of you. They wouldn't give my my prescription so i could order online. Ill get glasses there, but i wont go back for contacts ever.

I've been going here for years for eye exams and contacts. Always great service and the doctor truly cares. Got my first pair of glasses in over 15 years today. Everyone was fantastic and I absolutely love my new glasses! Love this place!

Absolutely love this place! I've been going to Vision Express for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience! Staff is friendly, and super helpful. Dr. Piper is the man, the myth, the ophthalmologist! Great guy, and an even better doctor! 10/10!

This was the only place l could get a quick eye exam. Doctor and staff were nice. Expect to pay over $400 for the high end lenses. They had a sign that you had to wear a mask. While the staff wore masks, they wore them improperly, either their noses stuck out or they were pulled down. I probably won't come back.

Best place around to get glasses - love the selection they have. Staff is courteous and helps me pick the best glasses for my face and after spending time with me they really make great suggestions. Will go back for glasses again. Hint.... Tonya and Jessica helped me.
