My daughter and I had a very pleasant experience. The doctor was very patient and insightful; he took adequate time on my daughter's eye exam as well as my own, and I felt very confident in his assessments. Every one of the vision techs were extremely polite, helpful, and upbeat. I will definitely be returning!

I wanted a coach frame and needed to check my insurance which i know is available 24/7 online and the woman helping me told me she couldn't access my insurance until they were open tomorrow. I've worked in optical for 17 years. I doubt she was telling the truth, also, she wouldn't dot the lenses for my ocular center and record the measurements so I can call and order them bc she told me you can't call and pay on the phone, it's 2024 I swear even street vendors take call-ins for pay, how doesn't Walmart? Very unimpressed. Will be purchasing same frames from different eye practice. Walmart, you continue to suck my soul dry every time I step in your store.

I had a great experience! The new Dr is personable, very professional and easy going. Each of the women were friendly. Dixie helped me check in and check out, she was kind and willing to answer all of my questions. I felt all of my needs were met with a smile and courtesy.

My 2 year old snapped my glasses in half today (Sunday). The lady wouldn't even attempt to help me because my "prescription wasn't active." Said I'd have to wait until WEDNESDAY to get in to get a prescription THEN they'd help. Her entire demeanor changed when she saw my prescription wasn't active too. Went from really kind and helpful to rude and dismissive. Wouldn't even give me a pair of contacts to get me through until I could get in to see anyone. I would give them no stars if I could. So now I will have to take off work tomorrow to go elsewhere to get help.

The experience went great, all the way until I had to pick my frames. The older Lady helping me find them was extremely pushy. I felt I had to find the frames extremely fast. When I decided I didn't want a certain pair she said "you must be pretty vain"
If you like being told you're vain and pushed to find your frames as fast as possible, then this is the place for you.
If not, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

My daughter wanted to try contacts for the first time. Walmart Vision provides education/training to new contact wearers to ensure that people can put them in and remove them properly. The first day, my daughter couldn't manage to do this task. On the second try, she succeeded ....after an hour. Kudos to Dr. Betsy Turk, Brandi, and Pam for their patience and kindness through this process. Great people!
