Awesome first experience. Went to their summerlin office for my first appointment. I've been wearing contact lenses for years, so I'm very used to seeing an optometrist, however, I got Lasik recently so this is my first time coming in not needing a prescription. I really enjoyed the experience because Dr. Brooker and I discussed different things about my eyes like the health of them, preventative care, and some dryness I've been experiencing since moving to Las Vegas. I scheduled a treatment so I'll update once I've done it! Looking forward to it. Ps they also have super cute glasses.

I had a wonderful recent experience with Dr. Brooker and his entire team. Dr. Brooker is knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain everything during my eye exam. The staff was warm, helpful, and efficient from the moment I arrived to when I chose my eyeglasses. Andrea's ability to speak Spanish was a great added benefit. Everyone provided outstanding customer service, answered all of my questions, and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality eye care and a wide selection of eyewear.

Dr. Brooker is a very friendly! Bedside manor A+ I had the most in-depth eye exam I've ever had. My glasses I got from other doctors always gave me a headaches... Come to find out I have been over prescribe for years now. The staff is very friendly as well! I was able to get a same day appointment. I will be returning next year. :)

New Client to location Ordered contacts, like I have been for over 15 years. Almost a month, and still have not received them. Have made 5 attempts to contact, between "no one is available in the office" to leaving a message, and no return phone call, to having receptionist "call me back" and never did. Just called to confirm where contacts are, they are still unaware where my order is located. Zero customer service, Zero apology for inconvenience. Currently requesting refund, and taking my bussiness elsewhere. 0 out of 10, do not reccomend

A few yrs back I had an eye injury. Found this place and went right away. My eye had suffered damage and the doctor said he would prescribe me some drops to help with the swelling. He said if it didn't id need surgery. Thankfully the eye drops helped and since I've been coming here to have my eyes checked. He is a wonderful doctor.

I am 31 years old, and this is the very first review I have ever written for any location, person, or institution. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and it mostly had to do with their receptionist, Andrea. She was consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I watched her treat customers as though they were inconveniences, mumbling instead of speaking clearly, moving at the slowest pace possible, and even cutting people off before they could finish their sentences. It came across as if she didn't want to be there at all. After my appointment, I was referred to another clinic, and Andrea was in charge of scheduling it. Instead of calling the clinic directly, she chose to text them. I waited in the office for over an hour, only to find out she hadn't even noticed they had responded. She then told me to keep waiting, but I asked her to call me once the appointment was actually set. She never called. Instead, she scheduled the appointment without my input, on a date and time that completely conflicted with my work schedule. Because of her lack of communication, I ended up being charged a $45 no-show fee at the other clinic--an appointment I never agreed to in the first place. For a front desk role, professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication are essential. Sadly, Andrea showed none of these qualities, and it left a lasting negative impression of the entire office

I was so impressed by Dr. Brroker's expertise and wonderful personality. His staff was so helpful and kind as well. I couldn't have had a better experience!

I was always scared to get my eyes check due to issues my family has had. The office, doctor and staff made my fears melt away. Now I have clear vision with my first ever pair of glasses. Thank You for everything!
