Aloha Vision

I loved my first visit to Aloha Vision/Visionworks. The staff was incredibly sweet and took their time explaining everything in detail so I could really understand. Sandy and Jenovieve were amazing at accommodating me and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. Their kindness and patience truly stood out. I would highly recommend this office for all your vision needs. Just make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time--I didn't, and the wait was a bit long. Other than that, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be returning!

I have recently relocated to Vegas and I was in need of some new glasses. After during some research I found this wonderful, professional , helpful and very friendly eyewear establishment. After all my years of wearing glasses this is one of the best experiences I believe I have ever had. One thing I can say is from the beginning to the end they really treated me like family not just a customer. I give this place five stars and above. Thank you for the very enjoyable experience. I recommend this place hands down.

I feel that the front desk could've been a little bit more professional and orderly... Lots of joking and talking and this and that going on with at 1x there were 4 people behind the little desk area... There were literally three beverage drinks, right where I was standing at the desktop and waiting for the new girl to get me on boarded... I had a 1:30, and it was 1:50 to get settled in...And as much as I love the doctor, the staff should have the presence of mind not to put a patient in a room where lunch has been going on... I was able to move past it, but somebody else might not have felt the same way about the professionalism . I had to wait back out at the table because I guess there was the particular room to the left of the office that they wanted to have me go to so I walked back out to the lobby with the girl. Otherwise, I love the doctor and her husband/manager (NICK)wasn't there yesterday but he's so professional and friendly always nice to see his face. Exam was short and sweet. That's fine by me. I always recommend the office to others.

Had my first visit to establish care. Front office staff needs to improve the one tech looked like she didn't want to be there. No smile no nothing. The other girl like talk story to anyone else besides patients. But other than that, Dr. D was great, thorough and explained everything clearly also shout out to Jenovie on the VisionWorks side for helping me choose my glasses.

I had a great experience during my recent eye! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The office was clean, organized, and used up-to-date equipment. I left feeling confident about my new prescription and appreciate how smooth the whole process was. I highly recommend this office for any one needing an eye exam.

I always get great treatment at Aloha Vision. Last year, I decided to go somewhere else, thinking one eye doctor's office was the same as another. It's in Visionworks, so it'll be the same quality of care, same attention to detail, and the same service I've come to expect, right? Was it? No! At Aloha Vision, you're greeted with a smile instead of a grim point to dingy chairs lined up against a wall. You're talked to about what you're signing, why they're offering that service, and exactly what the charges are covering. The office area, including the sinks, are clean and bright. And during your exam, they check your current prescription and explain the difference between it and what you're being changed to. They seem to really care about the health of your eyes. Thanks, guys! I'll never stray again!

I had a wonderful experience through and through here. From intake, exam, frames selection and at lens ordering. The entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! Its a shame I would only have to come once a year. See you all next time around. Special shout-out to Jenovie and Sandy

Walking in I was little nervous. It was been a while since I've been to the eye doctor. But the entire staff was great. And made me feel better and more relaxed. The optometrist was perfect. She explained everything to me. And explained what had changed with my eyes. I thanked Jenovie and Sandy for helping to make this experience fun. They both helped me pick out new glasses, and made it an enjoyable experience.
