Everything went very well. The admissions nurses were all wonderful, professional, upbeat and just a pleasure to be around. Dr Thomson was also fantastic. He did an amazing job on my cataract surgery.

Everything about this office and all my visits have been extraordinary! All the staff I encountered are so friendly and personable. They really go above and beyond to make sure you understand and feel comfortable. So it goes without saying Dr Brimhall is just as great as the people that work for him. I am sitting at my computer, the day after surgery on my 2nd eye..... with NO GLASSES!!! When I went in for my check up this morning I am seeing 20/20 in both eyes!! Dr Brimhall is incredible and I could not be happier with my Clear Lens Exchange!! He walked me through every step of the way and took the time to answer any and all of my crazy questions too!! As a retired RN and National Speaker in the Healthcare field that worked with the LV Chamber of Commerce on there customer service program, Ambassadors of Courtesy, I'm well informed and could not have asked for anything more! Don't you hate going to a doctor's appointment and wait over an hour just to get a room, then wait longer for the doctor?! That says to me they they think their time is more important than mine. It's disrespectful. I've been their twice and only waited 5 minutes! To top it off, everyone is smiling and friendly. They love their job. It's truly a reflection of Dr. Thompson, who is not only a professional and at the top in his field, but friendly. I give each person and the clinic as a whole a BIG 10!

From the first consultation to the post-op follow up appointments, they have been outstanding! They treated my mother, who has Alzheimer's, like she was their own mother.
