Buena Vision Optometry

The customer service here is always great! Sometimes the optometrist seems rushed and you have to re-ask questions a few times, but I have never felt dismissed. Everyone is always super friendly and I never dread having to call the office. The ladies at the front desk are always great about giving input on how frames fit your face too! I've been going here for years and have never had an experience that left me considering going to a new optometrist.

I originally went here for my annual eye exam, and the Dr was great. I then went here when I woke up with swollen tear ducts and the Dr again was amazing. He prescribed what he needed and was very patient in listening to my concerns!

This was my second time getting my eyes checked here. Everyone in this office is kind and helpful. The doctors are caring and very tentative. Its really hard to find good doctors in Vegas so I'm glad I found this office for my eyecare needs. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic doctor. He was able to figure out my dry eye situation that my primary care doctor and optometrist couldn't figure out. I was able to get glasses and sunglasses for a super reasonable price. Gloria was able to rush my order as I was going out of the country for a few months. Way better than Pearle vision. So pleased and I will be coming back. Thank you so much.

This doctor is awesome he took care of my daughter w No problems, n got her in a good pair of glasses. He continues Bing an EXCELLENT AWESOME DOCTOR. THANK YOU DR. HERNANDEZ

The service was fast and efficient. The ladies in the office are very nice. The older doctor is snappy and condescending to his staff, which is a turnoff. The prices for frames & lenses are high and they don't have much to choose from that's covered by insurance. I bought glasses elsewhere.

The doctor was not professional during a partial of the eye exam for my kids. My older daughter did not want to wear glasses and said it out loud. I tried to check in on my other daughter during her exam he came in basically telling me to leave her alone because I needed to address the issue with my older daughter.Then the doctor came in basically telling me that I needed to have her wear glasses. Stating that I was being a lazy parent, by not enforcing her to wear them. I said that this was a conversation I was going to have at home with her not in a doctor's office and a bunch of people can hear me. Then they dialted her eyes and told her it wouldn't hurt. She cried for about 20 minutes and stated that it hurt her eyes.

By far the best eye exam I had ever it's been over four years, but the last two eye Exams that I had don't quite add up to the care that I got from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out of the door from the front desk to the young lady that did the exam before the doctor came in
