Wonderful place with the kindest staff! Every person there is amazing! Dawn was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire visit. She was so patient with me as I tried on just about every pair of glasses until finding the perfect ones. Dr. Meyers is so nice too! 10/10 recommend!

This was my first ever eye exam so going in, naturally, I was nervous but excited to finally see what's going on with my vision! The check in receptionist, the girl that assisted with my eye exam and Dr. Batchelor were all super nice! I got a couple different things done being that it was my first time and they both explained everything that they were going to do! Loved how thorough it was! 10/10 experience and would recommend this place to my family/friends!

I have visited this place since 2017, and the Service is always excellent. Dawn is one of my favorite employees. There is also two more employees that has helped me before Brenda and I think the other one is Leslie. The quality of the frames and lenses is impeccable. I honestly prefer ordering my Glasses with Centennial Family Eye Care at Durango than Costco. Thank you. Happy Hollidays.

Let me start by saying that I have wore glasses my entire life. I used New Optical outlook for the past 15 years but they are no longer in business. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. From start to finish they have made mistake after mistake. I have waited over a month the first coupe of transactions with this company to receive my glasses. The last transaction they have messed up by entire lens. It is depressing my cheeks leaving indents and it is super painful. They have claimed to call me back and fix the issue and it has been weeks and still have not received a call telling me to bring them in for them to fix what they have done wrong. Do not use this company! Dave your money and go elsewhere.

I had a great experience with my eye doctor, Dr. C. My doctor took the time ro explain clearly the results of my eye exam. The clinic was clean, modern and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as I walked in to the clinic. Mr. Josh was a great help in choosing for my eye glasses. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. C if you are looking for an eye doctor.

What an absolute nasty customer service from the front desk and technician on site. You could ask me their names but I'd have no clue. As a new customer I renewed my prescription but requested to use my current frames. I was told that's fine, but needed to have an adjustment a few weeks later (today 1/17/2026) and received the third degree about my frames not being purchased from the store. The tech pretended as if she'd never made an adjustment before. No customer service or basic empathy about what I needed. Horrible

I was rushed through my appointment, given contact lenses that felt like they were scratching my eyes, and told I had "only one option" for contacts after LASIK-and that colored lenses weren't possible for me. The optometrist literally left the building within a minute of finishing my exam while I was still at checkout. It was clear he just wanted to go home. I look forward to seeing Dr Wong every year, he's a great doctor and always ask about my grandson. Before my grandson, he'd ask about my horse every year without fail. What a good memory. He's always friendly and professional. The staff at this location is a great staff. All around goodness.
