We had an appointment for next week but was called for us in today. Which was awesome!! I want to thank everyone here from the techs to the doctor everyone was amazing and so patient with my 9 year old special needs son. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. <333

LensCrafters on Maryland Parkway near the Boulevard Mall Highly recommend Marie Broca, OD She has compassion and empathy for her older patients going through some traumatic experiences as there is a team of physicians I have been working with for the past year since relocating here I the area of Nevada I'm very happy and so pleased that she does all the testing right in the exam room for glucoma and macular degeneration and can see immediately if there are any signs of problems She is honest and got me done quickly She has a good longevity of being Board Certified and Registered OD I am a brand new patient and my husband being an over the truck driver will be looking into Pacific Optometry and the LensCrafters eyeglass area for his next visit to be examined and purchase new frames At Twain and Maryland crossing location red light In plaza with Ross and Five Below and Spanish grocery and Oriental grocery stopping The staff are all ver helpful and easy to help with understanding your insurance benefits what is acceptable and coverages Thank you Kim and Anna Doctors side of the office and business

I had my first contact lens appointment with Dr. Hon and while she was polite and efficient while doing the eye tests, when it came to putting in my contacts for the first time she gave me a little run down and left to help other customers. It was at the end of the day and it seemed busy in there. Everyone that I've talked to about contacts says that the doctor coached them on how to do it the first time. I was left to figure it out myself. So in conclusion; I personally could have used more help but I did get what I came for. The rest of the staff is very nice and the store is immaculate.

This was our first time coming to this location and ended up coming earlier to the appointment than expected, but I was already checked in and helped by the front desk. I was called back right away and went into my eye exam. I had certain questions about starting contact lenses and my concerns were heard. was able to practice and try on daily contacts. Now I'm leaving with a pack of contacts for home to try, appreciate the staff and team
