Had an amazing experience at Clarity Eyecare. Dr. Tong was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. The service was fast and efficient. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The office is beautiful and modern. Everything about this place felt organized and professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent eye care. Will for sure be coming back.

After going to a local chain optometry office for the past few years, I finally decided to try Clarity Eyecare here in the Southwest -- and I'm so glad I did! From beginning to end, the entire staff was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. My appointment with Dr. Tong was such a pleasant experience. She took the time to thoroughly explain the different types of contact lenses available to me and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I truly appreciated how informative and patient she was. The office itself is modern and welcoming, with a thoughtfully curated selection of eyeglass frames. I ended up finding the cutest pair that even came with sunclips-- such a bonus! Overall, my visit was quick, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Clarity Eyecare to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly, professional team.

Clarity Eyecare is the best! I have been with Dr. Ngo for YEARS now, and I still come to her all the way from California to get my eye care done when visiting family in town. The office is up to date, and their examination is very thorough. I always know I'm in the best hands! The frames are also very chic here and the office is SO beautiful!! Doesn't feel like a doctor's office at all.

It was the second time I visited clarity eyecare formy annual visit. Everything was good! Staff is nice. They also send you a reminder when your annual visit is due. We switched from a different eye care because it was too crowded and you were just a number. They didn't really care about you. Dr Trang Ngo is genuine, she saw me last year and remembered about my baby girl. She's always give a full exam and explain what changed compare to the previous visit. My husband also go there as well. He's actually the one that wanted to switch and I'm glad that we did!

Clarity Eye care has a friendly staff with a modern atmosphere. They have most up to date technology when it comes to your eye care. Dr. Ngo is an excellent optometrist, giving a detailed explanation on the health of your eyes. I found my home for future home for optometry and would recommend this place for anyone looking for an optometrist.

First time here. Fell and broke my glasses at a nearby park around 4:30pm. Came here because they were open until 5:30pm. Wasn't too hopeful because it's hard to walk in for an eye exam on such a short notice. I was blown away by the response. Everyone was wonderfully kind and sympathetic to my situation. Was immediately taken for an eye exam. Doctor Tong was super kind and fixed me with contact lenses to get home safely and expedited a new pair of glasses to be ready for me the next day. Also, this was the first time I had the back of my eyes photographed for potential diseases. You can tell their values are quality, your wellbeing, and above all, kindess. Highly recommend if you are looking for excellent service and hospitality. Thank you.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating. All staff and the doctor were easy to converse with, making me comfortable to ask my questions. I loved their glasses selection. I didn't get new eyeglasses but I noticed they carried Salt, which fit low nose bridges. When I do decide to get new frames, I'm glad it's an option.

I recently moved to Summerlin and found Clarity Eye Care through ChatGpt. I visited for the first time today. The office staff was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Ngo was great! She found my eye problem immediately and was very relational yet professional. I HIGHLY recommend her.
