Really enjoyed seeing Dr Li. He was efficient and patient with my detailed questions. Next time I'll need to remember to schedule later to make the dialation less impactful to my day. The scheduling and intake were very fast and easy. The admins were also nice and helpful. I had a prior provider hold and needed to make some phone calls to get it released, they were patient and nice about it even though it made me almost 10mins delayed from the scheduled start time.

Everyone at the office is extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They take the extra time to work with you to find your perfect pair of glasses. I would definitely recommend.

When I go in I don't have to wait they take me right away. The service is exceptional and very thorough. But they seem to get you in and out very quickly. The doctor was very knowledgeable about there products and even ordered my contacts while I was sitting there. I would recomend them to every one.

Worst place EVER! I ordered contacts and they NEVER called me when they arrived. I called them, and they were like, "Oh yeah, they're here." Ok. No biggie. Then I ordered glasses and they NEVER called me to tell me there was an issue. After about 3 weeks, I called them to find out where my glasses were and they told me they'd have some optic lady call me. She NEVER did. I called back twice and FINALLY she tells me that the frames are an issue and that the glasses aren't there. I told her I'd come in and pick new frames. The day I go in, they're closed for lunch ], but they were in there and could see me through the glass door, and the optic lady just sat in her chair staring at me while eating her lunch, and some front desk girl stared at me while doing her make up. I was furious since I barely have time to do stuff like this during the day. I finally went back and picked out some frames and they told me they couldn't put the order in because I had a balance of $64. WHAT!??!!?!!?f They NEVER told me about the balance before!!!!! This place is the WORST. No one knows how to do their job. I've only written 2 reviews in my life, and this is the SECOND! They suck so bad, I want the world to know it. Thanks for being the worst eye care on the planet Clear Vision Summerlin.

Overall, I had a great experience at Clear Vision. Everyone--from the front desk to the doctor--was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my exam, and the doctor was especially thorough and professional. However, the checkout experience left a bit to be desired. I brought in my own brand-new Tom Ford frames (worth $600), and was asked to sign a waiver stating they wouldn't be responsible if the frames were damaged during lens installation. That part I understand, but the way it was handled wasn't great. The staff member at checkout was curt, avoided eye contact (no pun intended), and simply slid the waiver to me with minimal explanation. It came off as dismissive. I ended up declining to sign and offered to pay out of pocket for the lenses, but was then quoted an extremely high price. I'd still recommend Clear Vision for their great service and knowledgeable team--but be aware that checkout can be a bit hit or miss depending on who you get.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The eye doctor and the entire staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. I was assisted promptly and given clear explanations about the various options available to me. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to patient care. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic customer service from start to end. New technology for eye exams and Dr Ly was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. After 15 years at another optometrist, I've found my new optometrist office for myself and family of 5. You can make an appointment online or give them a call, online was convenient for me since I work the night shift, confirmation was sent as soon as they opened.

Same-day appointment, accepts my MetLife VSP, really friendly and helpful staff, great doctor, lots of options for frames. What else can you ask for?
